"Kevin at the front desk and Sam, doorman were so kind and provided assistance when needed. The room is always clean, the bath had quality amenities, and the snacks wonderful. The Lancaster is my favorite hotel in Houston and highly recommended to those visiting the area."

"Had a stay booked after midnight. Front desk said they wouldn't accept my reservation. So I paid them directly to stay the night. Was not resolved so I paid for 2 nights to stay just one night at the property. No attempt was made by front desk to assist."

"The stay was lovely and friendly staff, clean room. There is a filtered water location with bottles to use. Good location. The restaurant had good food, but had some unexpected and not known charges of fees for take out, Cc, and other fees even for 1 person. It would be more professional and ethical to disclose these fees than surprise patrons."

"This is not Four Seasons standard. I ordered a cake on Uber Eats and the reception wanted to charge me just to bring it up to the room from the reception. The rooms were ugly and so was the bathrooms. Zero luxury. The food was also terrible."

"I booked this place so i would intrude while stopping by to visit family friends and the the pictures made it look like it was in a decent area near downtown and I was definitely wrong it’s not a nice neighborhood and the 9.whatever rating it said it was for solo travelers couldn’t be more false in my opinion. So that being said i ended up not even spending any time there and definitely didn’t sleep there. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!!"
