"I really liked this hotel. Very different from all other places I’ve stayed in Houston. However, we booked the beach room and were given the snow room. Not a huge deal but was slightly disappointed. When leaving the next morning we were told we’d be charged 15$ for late check out. Which we were totally fine with. We do late check out often. Upon leaving she DEMANDED my card while my hands were full with my belongings so she could charge for late checkout. I know my card is on file, if I were to...

"Check in was an easy process. Room was clean just had a dry smell. Bath towels were very hard and well worn. Very friendly staff."
