"User friendly, it had a good social feel and comfortable bar area. Bedroom/bed were huge and comfortable. Food was very enjoyable in the evening but breakfast was a bit of a disaster."

"The room was of bad condition, door handle in bedroom broken, water stains on the ceiling the bed fabric was ripped and the room was very small. Parking was expensive and hotel was badly neglected and needed some repairs and work being carried out. I never had breakfast as I was unsure of what standard it would be. I called reception and they sent a maintenance man, he arrived very quickly and began his fault diagnosis, unfortunately he was unable to repair it. "Fabulous property with very helpful staff. Ran the local Parkrun and missed breakfast time but was made some fantastic bacon sandwiches when we both returned to the guest house. Staff was very accommodating which made the visit very enjoyable."

"Stayed one night for the Lytham Festival recently. Check in was smooth, hosts very friendly. Quirky little place with a nice vibe. Rooms are good, but can see its probably time for a bit of an update and maintenance as feel a little outdated. Bed was very very soft and me and my husband rolled together as there wasnt too much support in the mattress, but we still had a decent nights sleep.
