  • Nuestra hacienda está ubicada en el corazón de Taos, adyacente al Parque Kit Carson y a solo 5 cuadras de la histórica Plaza de Taos. La casa está en un lote grande a solo una cuadra de las tierras subdesarrolladas de Taos Pueblo, y es muy tranquila y pacífica. Muchas aves, conejitos y una pequeña colonia de perritos de la pradera que son divertidos de observar.
    Estilo tradicional de Adobe con hermosos techos Viga, pisos de baldosas, losas y madera.
    3 habitaciones: 1 habitación king size con baño privado, 1 habitación king size y 1 habitación de tamaño completo comparten un baño, 1/2 baño adicional está fuera de la lavandería, 2 1/2 baños en total.
    Cocina totalmente amueblada y equipada con cerámica hecha a mano por el propietario.
    Muebles de estilo artesano con obras de arte influenciadas por Taos y arte popular.

The website didn’t describe how absolutely charming this was! We enjoyed coffee in the outside atrium every morning. The decor was appealing. The handmade pottery was lovely. We had a wonderful time.

Fabulous Spot in Taos

This is a very lovely house located in town but very private and wonderful views of the mountains in the distance. We enjoyed our stay!

Our stay at James and Monica’s VRBO was awesome! Their home is beautiful, furnished with gorgeous Southwest collectibles and decorations in a very pretty and peaceful setting with an easy to walk to town. The home was clean and very comfortable. We couldn’t find the lockbox at first but that was more our fault of operator error, lol! I would definitely recommend a stay here!

The house felt like a genuine Taos experience. It was truly lovely and enjoyable. The Hosts were extremely helpful and we hope to stay in their home again.

Great House and Location!

We loved everything about this house. So close to downtown Taos, yet a large outdoor space with beautiful views. Home was well-appointed, clean and comfortable.We enjoyed every moment.

The extraordinary beauty of this home in Taos along with its peaceful setting and convenient location made it one of the best - if not THE best- VRBO experience I have ever had. The host's collection of art, pottery, artifacts and furniture were delightful to study and put to practical use. My travellibg companions and I took advantage of the patio are at night to gaze at stars and I enjoyed watching the prairie dogs each morning as I enjoyed coffee on the front porch. An added benefit was the discovery of Mabel Dodge Luhan's home/retreat at the end of the road ... it just seemed like a fortuitous place for us to land. The practical things ... cleanliness, communication, ease of access and amenities ... 5 star. If we ever return to Taos, we would love to stay again.

Taos Perfect

This was our first time staying here ans and when we return, this will be our number one choice. The grounds, the house and the kitchen were all first claa. We loved the place!

Absolutely Classic Taos!

I lived in Taos '97-'03...This home is classic Taos architecture and decor. If you want to experience how locals live, this is it! Location perfect - quiet and a short walk to the Plaza.
