Guests have full, private access to the entire single-level home, the enclosed yard, and the hot tub.

Self check-in is available via smart lock; your code is sent before arrival.

Parking is available for up to 3 vehicles, with one space under the carport portal and two in the open driveway.

A vehicle is recommended; in winter, 4WD or AWD is advised for mountain roads.

• Check-in begins at 4:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM.

• This home does not have air conditioning; the high-desert climate stays cool, and ceiling fans and windows keep it comfortable.

• The cast-iron wood stove is available for guest use; firewood is not provided but is easy to find at Taos grocery and hardware stores.

• Pets: We are dog-friendly, up to 1 dog, with prior approval and any applicable pet fee.

• The minimum age to book is 21.

• Maximum occupancy is 4 guests. Only registered guests are permitted.

• Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.

• For privacy and security, an exterior security camera and an exterior noise-monitoring device are present on the property; there are no interior cameras.

• Trash pickup is Monday mornings.

• TVs are provided; please log in with your own streaming credentials.

• No smoking, parties, or events anywhere on the premises.
