"Bed was comfortable. It’s a dog friendly hotel, and the dog waste on the property was kept picked up. Room was generally but not always quiet. The AC fan was loud—I had to unplug it to make it stop. "I chose Days Inn by Wyndham Lakewood South Tacoma mainly because it was close to the location of my meeting and more affordable compared to other hotels in the area. Check-in took longer than expected, although the check-out process was very quick. The room appeared to have been somewhat renovated, but there was a musty smell upon entering. I also found a strand of hair under the pillow, which was unpleasant. Since I only needed to stay for one night, I initially tried not to make a big issue...

"I stayed for two nights for work and it was great! It’s very easy to get to, right off the freeway. Even though it’s close to the freeway, you don’t hear any traffic noise once you’re inside. The room was very nice and clean. It was very quiet. They have one of best fitness centers that I have found in a hotel. The Bistro was very convenient to grab a quick coffee and breakfast. This is definitely where I will stay the next time I am in town."
