"Wasn't easy to find the place just because no main entrance just a small door and nothing was write to find it easily.
The room too small very difficult to enter especially when I received a visitor.
The shower was leaking and the shower door just fell down and was not easy for me to have a good shower.
I think next time I will not book this hotel at all."

"I just hate it when photographs show a property it better condition than itc realistically is.
These apartments are referred to as “Stylish” whereas whilst they might have been once today they are run down , shabby and not cared for.
As soon as you gain access from the street you are greeted with old and dirty stairway carpet, and the apartment is not any better.
Communication with the owners started off well but they only contact via text, they didn’t answer the numerous call I made to them....

I always felt very welcomed and would definitely come back in the future... close to Gloucester Road Station and Kensington Gardens, with Karak Chai nearby and many excellent Palestinian and Lebanese restaurant options within walking distance. Quiet and very clean rooms and conducive to business and/or leisure."

"Great location. London was alive on a Friday night. Good security at the door.
Cocoon concept was good for us but better air flow/ cooling would help. Was set for 19C but it was much warmer than that. Our room was at the end of hallway so flow may have been restricted.
Late night shower, had an early flight home and the hot water was only warm - not hot.
For the ££££ they charged, you expect all the comforts to be working at 100%."
