One of the most desirable properties in the Winter Park / Fraser Valley !
Private luxury living and entertaining is front and center here. Stunning views of Winter Park Ski Area across the valley. Need a day off from skiing or other outdoor activities? Curl up in front of a crackling fire on the lush leather sofa with a glass of wine and a good book. Hiking and mountain biking in the summer are right outside the door, with world class golf nearby. Want to entertain? Cook for a crowd in our professional grade gourmet kitchen stocked with equipment and even a full set of spices to help with ad hoc cooking plans. The huge, south facing deck makes outdoor cooking and entertaining easy with a large table and umbrella for six, plus commercial gas grill. Home sleeps 9 in beds across 4 bedrooms/3 full baths.

Lower level you will find a garage for 1 vehicle, ski closet, room with bunk bed (single bed on top of a queen bed), a small sofa with a TV and en-suite bathroom. Middle level a beautiful deck with a great view, large living room, fire place, TV, dining table and Kitchen. Two large rooms with queen bed each, shareable bathroom in hallway, and a laundry room. Upper level you will find a work place and primary bedroom with King bed and a spacious en-suite bathroom.

Strategically located central to Winter Park Ski Resort, Pole Creek Golf Course, Ski Granby Ranch, Devil's Thumb Ranch and Spa, and YMCA Snow Mountain Ranch. Also easy day trips to Rocky Mountain National Park and Grand Lake. Finally, it might seem like a small thing but our location is on county plowed roads and the driveway is large and flat.

Winter Park Resort is just 14 miles away so you can enjoy it with family. In the Resort includes the lifts for skiing/boarding/mountain biking, snow tubing, hiking, ice skating, shopping, dining, scheduled entertainment, and other attractions including several summer activities. The swimming pool and gym are just 9.3 miles away at the Grand Park Rec Center with multiple swimming pools, a waterslide, full gym with indoor track, huge rock climbing wall, gymnasium, and children's playground. The Foundry is next door to the Rec Center with a bowling alley, movie theater and brick oven pizza bar. Safeway grocery store is 7.6 miles away at Fraser or City Market its 9 miles away at Granby.

Nightly rate is based on occupancy up to 8 people. An Additional charge of $15 per person per night applies for more than 8 guests. (will be added when we confirm the reservation)

We strongly encourage guest traveling to Grand County to keep up with the latest updates regarding fire restrictions in our area. WE DO NOT ALLOW ANY OPEN FIRE ON PROPETY UNLESS IT IS PROPANE FIREPITS. Use of propane BBQ is allowed.

Great holiday in the Rockies

The property was everything we could have hoped for to spend our first full family holiday away from home so our kids could see real snow for the first time. Spacious property that was very clean, well stocked and in a beautiful location.

Absolutely beautiful

The cabin was absolutely beautiful and spacious and buried in the mountains! We had a great time watching the snow fall, cooking dinner and playing games. The kitchen was well stocked with all you need to cook meals!

Excellent location

We were looking for a location close to Winter Park, but also in striking distance of Steamboat for a day trip. This house was absolutely perfect. It was spacious, had a great layout, and was exceptionally clean. We’ll seek this house out for future trips to WP.

Great Ski Trip to Winter Park

Incredible house with great views

Out of all the places we have stayed this was our cleanest and best house. Very comfortable. Beautiful views! Played in the snow around the house but close enough to everything without being right in the middle of winter park area.

Banger of a VRBO!

The pictures on the listing don’t do it any justice! It was in a secluded area, but you get a view of the mountains off the deck! The house was an amazing setup as well for our crew which was 6 adults and 2 kids. The kids slept in the basement on the bunk beds and the adults split the rest of the rooms.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We all enjoyed our rental with breathtaking views! There was plenty of room and very cozy. We did a lot in the two days.....golfed at Pole Creek, horseback riding, alpine slide, shopping, hiking and had dinners at great restaurants. Looking forward to return next year for a longer stay.

Great location and beautiful home!!

This home is in a great location in a very private area. Lots of space to enjoy the snow outside without bothering any neighbors. Only complaint is that the property needs a deep cleaning. Lots of dust, pet hair, and just generally could be kept a lot cleaner for such a nice home.

RMNP VACATION

The property is very nice and can accommodate a family, as everyone has their own space. The kitchen has most anything regarding food prep, and there were plenty of towels/blankets/fans/humidifiers as well. My husband loves to split wood, so he was in his element as there was plenty of stumps and even an axe. The house is in close proximity to many things and there was always wildlife parading by at different times. The neighbors are very friendly as well. The owners communicated well and plans and instructions were clear.

Wedding Vacation

This property and house were easy to access, greeted us with wild animals and we had no issues at all. We love the area, and this house was clean, equipped with all cooking utensils, comfortable, and very cozy. There were only 6 of us (5 adults and 1 infant but there was plenty of room, nice showers and bathrooms that allowed everyone to have their own space. We loved it and will be back again.
