"I booked this hotel on the basis of it being slightly out of the centre and therefore quieter. However I had the worst night sleep of my life as there was an all night rave going on in the hotel (an organised event!) and I was on the first floor above it. The bed was literally vibrating from the bass and when I phoned down at 3.16am I was told by reception ‘there is noting we can do’. Awful, not what I expect from Hyatt."

"Absolutely fantastic hotel, all facilities were amazing. There was even a Nespresso machine in the room, and if you ran out of pods there was a free coffee machine downstairs! We got a free little cake delivered to our room on our last night which was a lovely touch. A stay that won’t be forgotten "

"Our group stayed in two different rooms and both met our needs — especially clean and quiet for 5 nights. Would stay there again and highly recommend it. Staff was also helpful with home-cooking restaurant recommendations nearby and holding our luggage for 6 hours after our check out enabling us to have an easier visit to two museums. Loved having the green space immediately outside the entrance to get us out and walking into a park-like setting, convenient to trams, and central station...

"Lovely hotel and rooms. Staff are helpful. Only downside is no kettle or drinks in room. Each floor has a drink station for tea, coffee and water which is well stocked but having to go out for drinks is a little tedious plus no milk anywhere "

"Had a lovely stay. Staff were lovely and very helpful. Breakfast had a wide variety of options. Prosecco and mini bar were a nice touch. Central location, within walking distance of the Jewish quarter and old town and very handy for the train."

"A good breakfast, slightly on the expensive side. Staff friendly and helpful. Very confortable bed and pleasant room. TV had CNN, but would have preferred BBC News. Very convenient for getting to the old town, and near to the central station for travel by train to and from the airport. "

"Clean room, nice staff. Very good breakfast. Only negative is the location. Fine in the summer but as it's a bit of a walk in to old town you'd be better off with a taxi in winter. "

"Check in was so quick. Room was nice and clean. Breakfast buffet was a lot better than American hotel breakfast. Bus stop infront of the hotel. In would have been a perfect location if there’s a grocery/convinience store near by. Highly recommended! "
