"Our flight to Pittsburgh was delayed several hours, we checked in at close to 2 am and were exhausted. The staff and management were extraordinarily kind and thoughtful. The bed and pillows were just right. The room was very quiet so we sleptvery well. Plenty of hot water and excellent water pressure. "
