"The only reason I gave it 4 stars and not 5 stars is because when we originally asked about the airport shuttle, we were told it leaves every 30 minutes, starting at 4:30 am. We got our entire family up and ready and to the lobby at 4:50 am, to find out the shuttle had just left, and wouldn’t be back until 5:30. "Room was clean but pillows and mattress was not the greatest if I’m being honest. Didn’t get to enjoy breakfast we left the hotel at 6:00 and unfortunately didn’t get to try wish it would start early especially when people leave early and stay there to catch a flight. The pool looked to have black algae in the pool. I’m not a pool expert but having a pool that’s what I believe it was my skin was very irritated maybe to many chemicals? The drive and shuttle was great and lady was so kind."

"I would not feed my dog that breakfast. The television did not work. The shower curtain fell when I opened it after showering. I attempted to Speak with staff twice at front desk in person and NOBODY was there. I won't stay again. Sadly, I enjoyed the hotel years ago when I was in the reserves because the military always placed us off base on reserve weekends."

"The outside is falling apart, the restaurant is shut down, the pool is closed, the gym is very limited and not all of it works, the lobby is dirty, breakfast was not available, several rooms were half cleaned with the doors open for over a full day and the exterior doors do not lock. Positive aspects are that the staff wasn't rude, there was LOTS of hot water available and the rooms were in better shape(not all lights worked, stained sheets & mattress and door bolt missing)."
