A 65-inch smart TV anchors the lounge for movie nights or game-day watching. Upstairs, the kids' room has its own 50-inch Fire TV so everyone can watch what they want when they want.



Kitchen & Dining



The kitchen is stocked for serious home cooking. A full-size refrigerator with working ice maker and water dispenser, a gas stove, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, blender, crockpot, mixer, and a complete set of bakeware and cookware make it easy to cook every meal without a trip to the store. Grilling utensils, a knife block, cutting boards, and a full lineup of serveware round out a kitchen that's genuinely ready for a group of 9.

Four TVs across three levels - a 70-inch smart TV in the main living room, a 55-inch smart TV in the main floor bedroom, a 65-inch smart TV in the basement lounge, and a 50-inch Fire TV in the upstairs bedroom. All are smart or streaming-capable. High-speed internet is provided through Xfinity.

A fully working propane grill is available. Propane refills are the guest's responsibility. When the sun goes down, gather around the wood-burning fire pit and let the evening slow down the way it should. Black Rock Lodge is situated in a quiet resort community. No shared pool or structured community amenities are listed - the focus here is on the private comforts of the property itself.



Guest Access:

Check-in is completely self-guided using the smartlock at the front door. A backup key lockbox is also available outside. The driveway is paved and gravel with a narrow approach - take it slow on arrival. GPS will get you there without issues. Your host is available if questions come up, but you'll have all the privacy and independence you want throughout your stay.

Deep Creek Lake is one of Maryland's most beloved four-season playgrounds - and Black Rock Lodge puts you right in the thick of it. Whether you're here for skiing, hiking, paddling, or simply doing nothing at all beside the water, everything you need is within a short drive.

★ Pet-friendly property - well-behaved pets are welcome (Max of 2 pets. There is a $75 pet fee per pet)

★ No HOA restrictions noted

★ No alarm system on-site

★ Please note: there are 16 stairs to the top floor and 15 stairs to the basement - not ideal for guests with significant mobility limitations

★ Driveway is narrow - plan for one vehicle and take it slowly on approach

★ No smoking is permitted anywhere on the property, including outdoor areas such as the yard, balcony, or patio. Violation of this policy will result in additional cleaning fees. (smoke detectors are active throughout)
