It is a gorgeous property. Well equiped with sheets,towels,garbage bags, dish and laundry detergent. A cery short drive to the lake. Close to stores, as well. My complaint is only that a 250 cleaning service is billed. The house wasnt clean. Hair was left on the shower walls from previous tenant. Mold is growing in the master shower. The bed sheets were clean and the kitchen was clean. Please dont let this differ anyone from renting this property. I just thi k they need a new cleaning company!!

Beautful home not taken care of.

The home is beautful but not the care and maintence. Showers were not cleaned. No place for your clothes. Closets were sloppily shoved full of owers personal belongings. Broken glass in 2nd bedroim as well as broken string lights on back and front porch. I asked if we needed bedding and towels etc. Owner stated no, but not enough towels for our famiky of 8. Outside weeds and grass not taken care of. Pvc pipe laying all around. Open Alcohol left in freezer. Grill was in bad shape. Could memtion more. Did not enjoy at all. We left it cleaner than we got it.

Clean, cute house in great location with a few quirks

We enjoyed our stay at this home. It was exceptionally clean and well-outfitted. Pros: - The family room has a monster sectional that everyone loved lounging on – a real plus for hanging out at the house when the weather isn’t nice. - Kitchen was up-to-date with great appliances - Linens, towels and supplies are provided and available. A big plus. - Fire pit has wood ready for you to use - Bunk beds are huge! - HVAC works great and shower pressure is solid - The house is a great value for the money! Oops: - The owners keep a lot of their personal effects (clothes, toothbrushes, other items) open and accessible - it feels like they’re setting with you - As previous reviewers have commented, there is almost no closet/bureau space available. Be prepared to live out of your suitcase. - The TV in the master bedroom did not work at all due to no functional remote, and the kids bedroom TV would only work on DVDs, and if it was manually controlled. We attempted to resolve this during our stay, but we’re unsuccessful. - The porch is very slippery when wet (both kids and one adult slipped and fell during their stay) - All four of us felt that the beds were uncomfortable - they are all very dense memory foam, so this may work for you. As side sleepers, it was a challenge. - Bathroom water pressure was low The owners were very responsive to our questions during our stay, and we would stay here again. Thank you for letting us stay in your home!

What a great place

This place was amazing!!! We enjoyed our stay here so much. The house was so beautiful and super clean!!! So relaxing sitting by a camp fire and enjoying each other’s company. Location was great close to everything. I would highly recommend staying here, you will not regret it at all. I would rent this place again in the future.

Great place

Wonderful new home, high end appliances and finish, clean, quiet. Three bedrooms each with own private bathroom as well as a half bath near the laundry room. Great access to Deep Creek and the slopes are not far, approximately 10 minutes. Be ready to live out of your suitcase. The primary bedroom closet is locked shut, one of the bedroom closets was stuffed full of blankets and bedding, the other bedroom close was half filled with toys and other possessions. The primary bath has no blinds or window coverings. The area is not built up and the neighboring house is not close. Felt a bit not-modest in there though. This was a last-minute trip and we booked one day prior to check in. Got access code 12 hours after booking with somewhat confusing directions to the location of the lock box. The owner was hard to reach by phone for additional instruction. No check-in or check-out procedure sent to the vrbo site.

Recommend this nice retreat

Enjoyed our stay. This property was as described. Really liked the location and near enough to Deep Creek Lake to easily take advantage of all that is offered. Quiet area to relax in. Only one thing that could be improved is the mattress in middle bedroom which was a little hard for me. Highly recommend

The house was very nice , beautiful setting

Very nice stay, very clean and comfortable. Overall very pleased would definitely recommend this property. The tv in the kids room does not work only for dvds. A few lights need bulbs replaced but other than that very nice experience.
