Two smart TVs keep everyone covered no matter where they settle in. The main living room features a 55-inch Roku TV for movie nights, while the basement lounge has a 42-inch TV perfect for late-night shows or the younger crowd. Both are streaming-ready - just log into your favorite apps.



Kitchen & Dining



The kitchen is stocked to handle real cooking. You'll find a coffee maker, blender, crockpot, toaster, a full range of cookware - including a roasting pan, baking pans, and a loaf pan - plus a complete knife block and all the serving and prep tools you need. There's a place setting for every guest, plus wine glasses, coffee mugs, and juice glasses. Grilling utensils are included for use with the back-deck propane grill.

Six paved parking spots and RV parking make arrival easy for large groups. The driveway is flat and straightforward - no steep grades or narrow passes. Self-check-in details will be provided before your arrival, and your host is available throughout your stay with any questions.

★ 14 stairs to the upper floor, 12 stairs to the basement - please plan accordingly for guests with mobility considerations
