Quarto limpo, colchão muito mole, ar condicionado muito bom, janela não trancava. Em um modo geral experiência muito boa.

I’d like to take time out to give a well deserved thank you for the AMAZING staff members at this Hotel. This place was a home away from home for me while I was looking for a place to live! The staff is consistent with being warm and friendly. They genuinely make an effort to accommodate the needs of their guests. My daughter left her iPad weeks ago when we stayed at the stuff went through an immense effort to make certain it was returned to her at our stay weeks later. I booked on Expedia so they had no way to contact me to let me know. Luckily they remembered our face after doing a thorough investigation to ensure her property was returned. On top of all that they are the most friendly and kind staff I’ve ever experienced consistently at any Hotel or place in general as customer service is almost nonexistent these days! I am so appreciative and would hope the management is aware of the hard work and dedication these members display to every person every day treating every person fairly and with equality which also an unknown factor existing in this world. Thank you for the Amazing job you do which makes a difference in peoples lives as no one knows what the next person is experiencing and dealing with so this simple gestures can change a person’s day! Most certainly improved my stay and day(s)! And I’d like to give a special encouragement to the young last who already accomplished one degree and on her way to the next!
