"We arrived earlier and Luciana, the Front Desk Manager offered us an early check in and an upgrade to a better room with an excellent view for a couple of dollars. She and the rest of the staff were very friendly and courteous. We have come to this hotel many times and the service has always been over 100%. We will definitely continue coming "

"This place was amazing! They have 2 pools, lazy river, and a tiki bar! The ladies who work the tiki bar are amazing and know how to make a good drink! They view was spectacular and the accessibility of the ocean from the view to actual on beach location was perfect! The staff are wonderful and the cleaning staff do absolutely wonderful jobs! Will go back and stay again!!!"

"Good little mini vacation we had check in was easy as was check out. Pools and hot tubs were amazing. Only down side was the breakfast wasn’t the best we’ve ever had but overall was a nice place. Will definitely be back. "

"Employees were great. Clean. I would have liked a guest laundry. Also, still waiting on VRBO to fulfill their agreement. The $1231.38 amount they are to give us has not come through yet so my trip was much more expensive then I anticipated. Hopefully this will come thru soon."
