Paul, the front desk staff was very pleasant to chat with and suggested great places to visit and restaurants to eat at which we did and were all fantastic. Paul is pure example of great customer service.

DORMERO Hotel Stuttgart
Generell war das Hotel im roten Flügel schmuddelig (Müll im Flur), Möbel-Verkleidungen waren überall kaputt, Wasserhähne waren undicht. Im 1.
