"Staff is not trustworthy. My wife accidentally left her wedding rings in there, just like any other person could do, and once we got back to get them, which was only an hour after leaving the hotel, they had claimed that they weren't in the room. Management was unhelpful in the situation and and didn't even seem to care. Don't recommend for anyone to stay here."

"Ok hotel. Dirty, 1 elevator worked for the whole building. Don’t try and sleep in cleaning staff slam doors and sounds like someone is trying to break into your room."

"Property had recent flood damage and extremely loud remediation fans were on all night long in the hallways. Room smelled like a wet dog and like the previous guest smoked in it. Walls and doors had animal scratches all over them. Do not stay at this property"

"Even though the room was clean, it did have an odor. The TV came on but was frozen. Staff were all amazing on every shift. Breakfast was full continental. Eggs, sausage, pancakes, etc. It was probably the most quiet hotel I have been to in a long time, especially considering the part of town it's in. I was concerned when we arrived, but not upset when I left."

"It appears the property was near the end of the process of being transformed into an extended stay motel. Clearly, it was not finished, yet. That said, my room was nice and clean. Everything worked. Also, I was given a wheelchair accessible room. The bed and bathroom were truly accessible--well done! However, the counters for the kitchenette were too tall, and the chairs at the tiny breakfast bar were not at all appropriate. The front desk service, when I arrived at 9:45 PM, was not great....

"It was pet friendly but I had to park and go to the other side of the building with my dog and back and forth with my things, by myself. There was constant noise all night from other guests and I barely slept. I called the office but they did nothing."

"My room I reserved was not even what I ordered. I reserved a room with king size bed and they gave me two queens instead for same pricing for one night as the king. Stains on tv remote and the tv stand. The tv wasn’t working, room was hot and stuffy. No soap at all for the shower. Overall this place was a rip off for the quality of my stay. I would stay away from this location for other travelers passing through."
