"After reading the reviews I was a little skeptical but here’s my honest review! I stayed here for the weekend for my birthday trip. Smelled amazing when I walked in, there was a gentleman Chris waiting to assist me with anything I needed! The pool was very clean, enjoyed the hot tub! Room was 10/10 bed was comfortable and very clean. No free breakfast but they did have a bar with happy hour ! Also had security 24/7 free parking I would def stay here again 10/10!"

"This hotel is gross. I paid for 2 nights but after the first night we just left and went to another hotel. The reviews were mostly good so I was very disappointed. The lady at the desk during check in was so sweet so I do want to note that. The hotel is undergoing renovations and there are no complaints about that. The room itself however was so gross. "A lot dirtier than it looks. Stains on sheets. we were there maybe 9 hours, so it was fine. They had toothpaste, and restocked some of the breakfast when it was nearly empty by the last hour of the prescribed program. It's a budget hotel in Memphis, what you see is what to expect and what you'll get. "

"Staff was outstanding, friendly and helpful. The place was undergoing reno work, so there were some minor plumbing issues. The pool was closed. I did not know that would be the case when I booked. Breakfast buffet was nice, but nothing special…basic waffle maker, egg/biscuit/meat offering you’d get pretty much anywhere. Maybe because of the renos they didn’t have enough guests to do a full buffet ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ "
