One is a master bedroom/bathroom with a Queen bed and bunk bed set. The other is a bedroom adjacent to the common bathroom. Kitchen and main room with 55" HDTV are also on the upper level. Deck off the kitchen with a grill and seating. The lower level has a great room with a table and chairs for eating or playing games and a pull out sofa bed (plenty of seating to watch the 50" HDTV). The large downstairs bedroom has a queen bed with doors to the backyard. There are also doors off the great room to the outside patio with seating. Backyard has tire swing, playset, and tether ball.
