Great spot. Easy to get to, easy check in, check out, clean, easy access to beach, great location, near everything. Not as remote as other parts of the beach, but don’t have to pay parking either. Walking distance to St. john’s pass and a convenience store right across the street. Highly recommend!

Wonderful little gem of a Resort - Our New Favorite

My BF and I loved our stay. Our room was clean, fresh and modern. Large kitchen with full stove/oven and fridge. Very friendly staff. Beautiful pool with loungers, pool toys and a grill pit. All renovated and new. Absolutely phenomenal price. We loved it and will be back.

Perfect location

I have stayed here 2 times and enjoyed our time here. I will definitely be returning, thank you Katie and Brent for your hospitality and kindness and the persons staying here both times were so enjoyable. It’s the perfect location and so close to the beach with many perks!

Property was very clean and staff was very friendly. Would rebook again. A few minor requests were dealt with immediately. Would have liked more towels in the room.

Great place to stay!

Nice one room with full kitchen. Clean, staff is friendly and attentive. Pool is nice and access to the beach is directly across street. Lots of restaurants and shopping within walking distance and convenience store right next door.

Mini vacation

The room was immaculate! The full size refrigerator and kitchen setup was spot on for our trip. The outdoor grill and pool space are a little slice of heaven! Across the street from the beach and soooo many things to do within walking distance! Katie and the maintenance team are personable, professional and just delightful! We even met some amazing people during our stay! I would love to recommend this to anyone who asked for the perfect little getaway!

Perfect Girls Getaway

My best friend and I stayed a long weekend on this property and had the best time. Check in and communication with the owner was great, the property was wonderful being across the street from the beach access and quick driving distance from the restaurants and shopping on the pier. The room had a queen bed and a loveseat that transitioned into a twin bed. It was perfect for two friends or would be great for a couple and one child. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Great property with awesome location and a pool!

I really enjoyed our stay at BBR! It was fantastic having a pool but also being within a 3-5 minute walk to the beach. The property was very clean upon arrival, all instructions were clear, and communication with the property manager was friendly and prompt. It was really nice that the property had beach chairs that you could take with you to the beach. It seems they have thought of almost everything! The only recommendation I would provide is to have another mirror in the rental somewhere :)

Perfect for what we needed

We had a great time at this property and the family atmosphere of the property was an added bonus. Ubers were very accessible for where we needed to go and staff was very attentive and friendly. I think the only thing that we would have like were a little more up to date kitchen equipment. The pots and pans were very used/ old. Making them hard to use and the stove was unlevel. We struggled with the sink and the faucet. Other than those minimal things, our stay couldn’t have been better!

Fun family vacation

This is a great location, the grounds were tidy, and well managed. We liked that there were USB charger outlets throughout the room making it so easy to charge phones, watches, and devices. Brent and Katie were great communicators. The room was perfect for myself, husband, and two boys under 7. It would be snug for groups larger than that though. The only criticism I have is there was a pretty thick layer of dust on the lamp shade (which was broken, but didn’t bother us) and also dust fell from the ceiling fan when we turned it on. The rest of the room was very clean. We’d recommend this property in a second for anyone looking to spend some time at beautiful Treasure Island.

Perfect for us

We really enjoyed our stay. The communication and check-in process was slick. Love the keypad, don't have to worry about card/key. The little touches were some of my favorite things: shelves & ledges to put my personal items, baskets to keep our random essentials organized, hooks near the door for bags & towels - just to name a few. Really appreciated the ice in the freezer and roomy kitchen. The bed was quite comfortable and putting the two, fold-out chairs together with a foam topper was adequate for my teen son. My favorite spot each morning was small table and chairs, outside my door to play solitaire and drink coffee. The pool area is charming - great for sun and shade. The use of all the water/beach items is super convenient. Location is great. As a single mom, bringing my kids to Florida for spring break, this was ideal...quaint and didn't break the bank. Thank you!!

Does not have multiple beds

The listing said two twin beds and a queen. Unfortunately this unit had only a queen. The manager noted the fold-out chairs - literally as wide as a dining chair - that made a platform about six inches off the floor. We would not have booked this unit for four adults if this had been clear from the listing. Management would not make it right with other beds, other room, or a discount. This colored our entire experience. Fortunately, the rest of the experience was very good as far as cleanliness, quality, and other guests. The pool was nice.

Excellent Vacation Spot

We really enjoyed our stay here. Everything was clean, amenities as stated. I would like to note that the 2 chairs that fold out into "beds" are not practical for sleeping. Maybe for a small child, definitely not for an adult. Adding blackout curtains would be a plus. Overall, we had a fantastic time and look forward to staying at BBR again!

Great place to stay in the middle of everything.

This was a great place to stay. Economical with a heated pool and was clean and really nice. I would stay here again no questions asked. I enjoyed everything about it. Beach was just a short 3 minute walk away.

AMAZING Boutique Beach Retreat

Amazing! Everything was as stated or better. The manager was awesome, available, responsive, and all around amazing! The first night, our bed was very uncomfortable, we talked with the manager about it and by that afternoon there was a new, very comfortable bed in our room. The BBR is very close to the beach and we walked everywhere, usually via the beaches. We parked our car upon arrival and didn't drive again until we checked out. The beaches were beautiful and we loved the proximity to where we were staying. Highly recommend this place!!
