Modern Studio Apartment in Heart of CWE

  • Welcome to St. Louis! This quiet and safe place is only minutes of walking distance to the Cathedral, Forest park, Barnes Hospital, Zoo, grocery store, and some of the finest restaurants in St. Louis. It is 6 min drive to Delmar loop/The Pageant, 8-min to Clayton, 7 min to downtown. This is a cozy studio apartment on the second floor. You will get a kitchen, dining room, and the living room, which are all clean and tidy. Metrolink stop, bus stops, are close and easy to find in the neighborhood.
    The space
    This is a 475 square feet studio apartment suite. It is on the second floor above a garage with a brand-new bed, desk, futon, chair, ceiling fan, walk in closet, walk in shower, 43 inch smart tv. The wifi ranges from 100-200 mbps. If there is any questions or problems you just tell me and I will try to fix it.
    Guest access
    Metrolink stop, bus stops, are close and easy to find in the neighborhood. But most of the attractions are within walking distance. Also Uber or Lfyt is very convenient. Parking tips- You can park on the street for free, but read the signs for the two or three mornings per month when they do street cleaning. Parking is usually reasonable during the day, but around 4:30 the spots fill up fast as people get off work. Therefore, we do have limited spots available for a $5 reservation. There is limited parking, so request early due to limited availability. If you decide to reserve a parking spot, please be sure to park behind the other cars. Let us know and I’ll send you a request for the total amount. The back parking lot is accessed only through the alley in between West Pine and Lindell.
    Other things to note
    This is a newly built building in a historic neighborhood. Please treat my home as if its your own.

The location with a view of the Basilica from the window was wonderful. Easy walking to Whole Foods and restaurants and cafes. The place was spotless and comfortable.

The place looked exactly like the pictures on VRBO! It was immaculately clean, and I had no issues at all with anything in the space! The owner was very helpful and responsive! I had a great stay and would recommend this place to anyone needing to stay in that area!

Fantastic stay with many amenities. Well stocked kitchen and laundry. The place was clean and welcoming. Felt like a little apartment, we were extremely happy with our stay. A short walk to Whole Foods, Walgreens, and the tram. Short Lyft to downtown attractions as well.

Beautiful apartment! Walkable to Whole Foods, and First Watch for breakfast, and Drunken Fish sushi for dinner. A quick uber to The Hill & to the ballpark. Love the CWE & this is the perfect location for a stroll in this historic, beautiful neighborhood.

The perfect place for a short trip for 1-2 people! In such a cute neighborhood for walks and close to some coffee places and other restaurants! It felt super clean and the quality of everything there didn’t feel cheap (the bed was very comfy!!). The only downside is parking, which is street parking and it’s usually filled, and the main door to enter the hall that leads to the unit is always unlocked .. despite this I still felt safe b/c the deadbolt to lock the door.

I give this VRBO five stars for everything !! The pictures were exactly as the listing described. Everything was so clean and smelled fresh. I liked that everything in the house was labeled, down to the light switches. This is always helpful when there are multiple switches. The host of the VRBO was very responsive to messages when I had a question. The check in and out process was simple as well. Everything had detailed instructions, so there was not any confusion on any process. If I ever return to St. Louis, I will for sure reserve this property again.

We wanted a place to stay so we could go to a Cardinals game and this apartment was perfect!

It felt like home. Everything about our stay was comfortable and cozy. It felt like a home away from home. I honestly can't say one thing negative.

You can't go wrong with this beautiful studio. It was very well furnished and very clean. We used the W/D while we were there. Had several walks to the shopping area with Whole Foods store and restaurants. Great location. Spring for the parking @ only 5 per night.
