Location and Luxury!! Welcome to our beautiful, restored and updated turn-of -the century three story home. Located in the heart of the Historic Lafayette Square District, it is within walking distance to many outstanding restaurants, specialty shops, and the picturesque Lafayette Park. Explore the many attractions St. Louis has to offer: The Gateway Arch, Busch Stadium, Missouri Botanical Garden, Fox Theatre, Powell Symphony Hall, St. Louis Art Museum, Forest Park, the St. Louis Zoo and so much more! All within a 10-15 minute drive from this home away from home. Experience the charm of the quaint Lafayette Square neighborhood while enjoying all the amenities of this spectacular retreat. Cozy up next to the fireplace, chill out watching the big screen HDTV in the third floor theatre room, or relax on the deck overlooking the lovely view of the private courtyard. Regardless of the season, your stay is sure to be memorable at our Lafayette Luxury Retreat. Always included for all guests is coffee, an assortment of teas, and snacks.

Wonderful location very near lafayette square park. beautiful historic home. Our only complaints are the banister is loose and shaky and the stereo in the movie room does not work. Otherwise a wonderful property.

Beautiful historic home with some modern updates. Back deck is great for relaxing with a morning coffee or glass of wine in the evening. Neighborhood is very walkable with some restaurants and coffee shops close by. Hostess is super nice. Would visit again.

Ck in easy, the house was top notch supplied with anything we would need to cook, bathe, sleep sound and well - The just gave us great dining recommendations and info regarding the home and neighborhood ,, The house is just lovely and just the right touch of gleem and glam for a memorable stay- we hope to be back !! We had a wonderful stay. Great place. Bedroom/bathroom layout was a little odd on the second floor and may not work for some groups. Bedrooms are all connected with the only bathroom on that floor between two of the bedrooms. Second full bathroom was on the first floor.

We loved the home. I felt safe the entire time I was there. Loved the beautiful park and the several restaurants within walking distance.Busch Stadium was 10 minutes away and was super easy to get there and return. We will definitely return next year. Historic Retreat in the Heart of St. Louis

We had a great stay at this awesome historic home. I particular loved how it felt like going back in time with the era decorations.Communication and check-in were most excellent. I would stay here again for sure.

Perfect staycation

We met some out of town family members for a concert at the Stifel and this beautiful home was perfect for our Staycation. Easy access to downtown and walkable to a number of good restaurants and bars AND Clemintines Icecream!!

Beautiful Historic Home!

Our family (5 adults) used this proprty as our base to explore St. Louis. Great neighborhood (walked to dinner one night) with easy acess to Busch Stadium and Union Station (less than 10 minutes to each). Susan greeted us at the property and gave us a quick tour of things and we were on our way. Wonderful weekend and a great lodging experience!

Wonderful home, much larger than it appears in the photos. The outdoor space, historic qualities of the building and furniture, modern, well stocked kitchen and quiet location just a block from many restaurants and the park exceeded our expectations. Highly recommend!

Amazing galentines!

3 over 50 friends met for a galentines friend get together. Had an amazing visit. The house is absolutely gorgeous. It was extremely clean and very comfortable. Susan the manager was extremely responsive and very delightful to work with.

Thanksgiving to remember

My family of five, all adults, had a magical holiday in this historic home. We cooked, watched football, played games, read quietly, walked the neighborhood park, and frequented neighborhood businesses. The character of the home delighted us throughout!

St. Louis wedding

Beautiful property! Great location. House was immaculate, well stocked kitchen, plenty of towels, toilet paper, etc. lots of antiques in the house. Neighborhood was wonderful. Took walks in the neighborhood and Lafayette park both mornings we were there. Very safe and historic neighborhood.

10/10 Recommend!

The neighborhood was super cute (sister city to New Orleans so it has that vibe). The house is a classic historic home with all the historic charm so make sure you are familiar with that (loud settling noises, odd lighting, a little stuffy ). One key thing to note, one of the beds is too small for a 5,6” or taller person. This ruled out 2 of our 3 person group from sleeping on that bed. That bed in particular was very uncomfortable also. We thoroughly enjoyed the movie room and the spacious kitchen.
