We think you will love spending your days exploring the beaches, parks or local sights as well as discovering local restaurants. Day trip to Saint Augustine and Orlando. Nice view overseeing the small lake! Enjoy some fishing in the back yard. Full access to amenities of this subdivision includes the public pool and gym.


Welcome! We very much want you to feel at home and be able to relax in the comfort in our 5 bedroom, 3 bathroom home with a separate room for an office and high speed internet. Ideal for families, couples and friends. The home has been newly remodeled, painted and decorated and there is a calm, comfortable feel throughout.

- Enter the house into the living area, with brand new couch and a smart TV with popular streaming apps.
- One bedroom with a queen bed & bathroom is on the 1st floor.
- In the fully equipped kitchen, you will find all major appliances, as well as the small ones, including toaster, coffee machine, electric tea kettle.
- The drinking water supply is a reverse osmosis system and there is a water softener. No need to buy bottles of water.
- For our tea lovers we provide a tea bags sampler assortment variety pack.
- We have caffeinated and decaffeinated options for your morning joe!
- You have everything you need to prepare home cooked meals.
- There is lots of space for family meals. Dining room table includes 6 chairs, kitchen table includes 4 chairs and outside patio includes 4 chairs.
- The outside patio area is accessible from the kitchen and is completely

Big house with great ac!

Had great time at the house. It's very large and was stocked with enough bath towels and dishes. We loved having access to the pool and gym. The ac kept the entire house very cool. We also loved the oversized washer and dryer. My only recommendation is to replace the beach umbrella and add a few more beach chairs. We would definitely stay here again!

Great family time

This home was absolutely perfect for our family getaway! We came to help my nephew’s family after the birth of his sixth child, and the house couldn’t have been better suited for our needs. It was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed. The layout made it easy for everyone to have their space, and we truly felt at home. The host was incredibly kind and responsive. We’re so grateful for such a smooth and welcoming experience. Highly recommend!

Wonderful Host, Perfect House for our Family

Our family from OH, MD and SC came down to be with my 94 year old Father-in-law and other family members in the St. John’s/Jacksonville area for Thanksgiving. We had 6 adults, a 15 year old and a 2 year old. The house couldn’t be more perfect for us. Plenty of bedrooms, bathrooms, and space to accommate us all. The house was clean, nice and well-appointed. The host was wonderful from the time we made the reservation, throughout our entire stay. I highly recommend this property if you are in the St. John’s/Jacksonville area!

Beautiful home, amazing host!

Yelena is such an amazing host! She texted me with local places, maps and all the instructions. The house was so beautiful and had everything ready so I didn’t have to bring anything. Even the bath products are the nice ones in big containers. Everything was so perfect I wanted to move in! I would definitely stay there again!

Jacksonville for buisness

In town with two collegues for business. We do alot of home rentals and I have to say I would hire this property manager. The listing was accurate, the home well appointed and immaculately maintaied..4 seasons level clean!

Superior Host

Our family needed a home to spend some quality time with our ailing father; we had four generations together to celebrate. We ate like kings and queens, we laughed watching the children play, well we just made some lovely memories. We hardly ever left the home; we stayed put and enjoyed our quality time together as a family. That being said, our family requested three things from the homeowner, and she accommodated all of our needs and more. One item we requested was going above and beyond anyone's expectations, but the homeowner came through for us. She is beyond amazing and eager to please in any way. Our family cannot thank you enough for allowing us this quality time with family at your home. A five-star rating isn't high enough for this hostess ya'll. Asking God to bless her and her family. If you are hesitant to book this home, don't be, the beds are amazing, the pillows are amazing, the master suite is amazing, a lovely home with plenty of room.

Good, Better, BEST

I was hoping it was going to be a good choice. After my first communication with Yelena, I felt better about our choice. I will say the communication, the property and total experience was the BEST. I wish all accommodations would meet the standard of excellence that we received with this rental. I wish I could work with Yelena on my accommodations because she understands what customer service and cleanliness means. The house offered all amenities, and it was spotless when we arrived. I only wish our stay could have been longer but unfortunately, we had to get back to our home. Yelena made sure our stay was like our home away from home. Seriously, before retirement, I used to travel often in my work and this experience rates a 10 PLUS.

Just like home

This is the second stay at this property and it felt like home. This was especially important because we come to see our grand baby and familiarity was so calming to him. Yelana went out of her way to ensure we were able to check in early so that he could take his nap. Yelana is the most responsive to our needs of any other rental experience we’ve had. Peaceful Haven

I can’t say enough wonderful things about this house and Yelena. She went above and beyond to make sure my family had a wonderful stay. The house has plenty of space and amenities. Amazing host and house

From the start, Yelena was nothing but great. I booked our guys with work elsewhere, and upon arrival moved them immediately. I reached out to Yelena to see if she would allow a same day book. Yelena immediately jumped into action. Got her cleaning crew enroute and I had the guys checked in with 3 and half hours. The home was amazing and exactly as described. Even if it had been not 100% of what the details showed, I would still book again just for the fact of how great Yelena was during the before nightmare. If you’re on vcthe fence about booking here, take the leap and do it. You will not be disappointed! Thanks again Yelena for everything! And if we’re ever in the area, you will be my first contact!
