Set within Chy An Porth, is this visit England gold star award property in a recently renovated structure built by Virginia Woolf’s father in the 1800’s. With magnificent ocean views over Porthminster Beach, close to the train and bus station, this lovely flat has an unmatched location with assigned parking right in front.This prized "In Town" location on The Terrace is described as the “perfect beach getaway” with the finest upscale shopping, art galleries, casual or fine dining - just steps from your front door.

Step from the living room onto the front balcony and you are immediately taken by the spectacular ocean views in this open concept modern home. The azure blue waters, unmatched and premiere "in town" location are just the beginning. The home has top of the line appliances and features throughout – no detail was overlooked. The Master Suite has a king size bed, ensuite shower, and a television. The guest room has two twin beds that can be converted into a super king. The family bathroom features a shower and separate tub, both bathrooms come with luxury hotel quality, soaps and lotions. Additional features include heat, washing machine only, with a heated drying rack available. wifi, Sky TV, linens and towels, and onsite parking at no additional cost.The apartment is totally smoke free, even on the balcony ,out of respect for our property and neighbours.
Across the road is the The Harbour Hotel, with a restaurant ,spa and gym and indoor swimming pool, that you can pay to use by the day. You will not have to try to find the ocean view in this apartment, it is all over, from every room. Please note that there is currently construction taking place next to the building on the far left side; our flat is located on the right-hand side, and it has not caused any issues for previous guests.

Great location to beach and food. Love the bakeries! Place was overall clean but carpets could use a cleaning as well as a cleaning of glassware. Had to wash before use. Also, paper towels/napkins would have been nice. We arrived late with a takeaway pizza and had nothing to wipe our hands with. Also, we stayed 4 nights and had 2 rolls of toilet paper. It goes fast when one has to use it to blow one’s nose since there was also no tissue available. These are just simple adjustments to recommend, not a reflection of the property as a whole. We loved the property and the assigned parking space! We would stay here again!

Absolutely beautiful along with a perfect location! No need for a car but dedicated car park space right in front of needed. Short walk from the train station. Also a short walk to the beaches and town center. Views are spectacular. Apartment was very clean and up to date. All the amenities provided. Very quiet and comfortable. Highly recommend! Will absolutely stay here again!

Beautiful apartment in a great location, with its own parking space. The view from the windows were fantastic any time of day, but especially at sunrise. The apartment was stylishly furnished and catered for every need. We had a fantastic stay, would highly recommend it to anyone and aim to return in the future.

We had the most amazing holiday here in St Ives. The apartment exceeded all our expectations ,it is superbly designed, immaculately clean, and has absolutely everything we could ever need for a comfortable stay. The attention to detail really makes it feel like a home away from home. The highlight, of course, was the incredible sea view, waking up each morning to that view was simply magical, and watching the sunsets in the evening was unforgettable. The location is perfect for exploring St Ives, yet peaceful enough to relax and truly unwind. Thank you so much for providing such a beautiful space ,it made our holiday extra special, and we would love to return one day!

Spring/Easter Break Trip

My wife, son, and I had an amazing stay in St. Ives and the beach view from the bay windows of this property was truly one of the highlights of our vacation. It made for a perfect start to every day. The property was immaculately clean and well located. The designated parking spot was a real plus and made arrival and departure a breeze in a town of notoriously tight streets. Having the basics (toilet paper, soap, and coffee and milk!) already there made for an easy start to our stay. Already looking for our next trip across rhe Pond to stay here again.

My husband, myself and 2 kids recently stayed at this place during our visit to cornwall. I was looking for something quiet and peaceful, luxurious and comfortable and definitely something with a beach view - apartment 4 was exactly what I had hoped for! The view of the sea from the loving room is breathtaking and its so close to the beach that it almost feels like you are on the beach. You can hear the waves crashing at night and just looking out at the sea at night was just soo utterly peaceful! The interior design is posh artistic and just perfect. The apartment was impeccably clean and the linen fresh and comfortable. There were age appropriate games for the kids and a reasonable collection of books as well. This place is just a fe minutes from Porthminster beach and Porthgwidden is only a 5 min drive or so. Helen the host was very easy to contact and she was super quick to respond. She made single beds up for my kids which was very thoughtful of her. Claire the manager was very helpful. She let us know the morning of our check in that the room was ready way before we were meant to check and on the day of check out it was very thoughtful of her to let us know we didn’t need to rush to check out and could take our time! Little things but it just goes to show how welcoming and wonderfully hospitable they are. Thank you for making our trip just perfect ! Needless to say we highly recommend this place to all! We will be back x Mashfika/Tanvir and the kids :)

This property is even more beautiful than the pictures! Everything is high end and comfortable. Location is great.. just up the hill from the train station. Helen, the host, and Claire, the manager are both awesome. The view is beautiful. It was everything we had hoped for and more!

Comfortable, Convenient & Chic

Comfortable luxury apartment with the added bonus of a parking space right outside. Convenient for the beach and St Ives and to just drive out and explore. Chic design with a real flair for decor. Helen was excellent at responding, despite being abroad she still called us straight away which we really appreciated. We would definitely choose to stay here again. We found one of the beds much more comfortable but it is a personal choice of how soft you like a bed and we are extremely fussy so it’s a big plus that we were happy and sleeping so well.
