This first floor apartment offers Panoramic sea views of St Ives bay and harbour, from it's bright open plan lounge and dining area. Stunning sea views can also be enjoyed from the master bedroom which offers a kings size bed as well as ensuite with shower and wc. It's separate fully fitted Kitchen includes dishwasher, washing machine & dryer. The second bedroom has twin beds, the third bedroom has a single bed and both bedrooms offer fitted wardrobes and cabinets. The family bathroom has a bath with overhead shower and wc. There is free High speed internet and Smart TV available at the apartment. At ground level there is large terrace, perfect for eating al fresco which also overlooks a large lawn, ideal for family time activities.

We enjoyed the convenient location within walking distance to town, beaches and the beautiful coastal paths. We walked to Lelant and took the train back and then to Zennor and caught the bus back. Just far enough away from town to not hear the noise, but still close enough to walk into town. Beautiful views, spacious apartment, thoughtfully furnished kitchen with everything you need including electric kettle and coffee maker. We enjoyed drinking coffee and watching the sun rise each morning. Super responsive and thoughtful host. There are several steps to town and you may need to be moderately fit to go back and forth a few times a day. There is a bus that picks up in front of the Co-op that will take you up to the parking lot on the same street as the apartment for 2(currently) if you don't want to climb the stairs. The only thing that could be improved are the beds, but that is subjective of course.

Comfy and an unparalleled view!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Scott’s vacation flat. It was clean, comfortable in every way and the views from the front windows were breathtaking. There is excellent wifi and because we did cook some nights, we really appreciated that the kitchen was fully stocked with useful utensils and stainless steel pans. The towels were thick, the furniture was comfortable and the appliances were top notch. Communication with Scott and the leasing agent was easy and they were always responsive. A couple of things to note: there was a single roll of toilet paper and hand soap in each bathroom but no dishwashing soap in the kitchen; however we just used the dishwasher for everything so that was not a problem for us. You might want to bring extra dishwasher and washing machine pods - there are 1 or 2 of each left in the kitchen. We had a lovely stay in this well-thought apartment and would happily recommend it.

Panoramic views and proximity to beaches and town

A cosy space for our family of 5. We loved being able to leave the car behind and wander everywhere easily. Leach pottery is a shot walk as is the Tate, Hepworth museum and all the beaches which gave us lots of flexibility. The views from the living room were beautiful, lovely sunsets!

Nice apartment with great view!

Our stay was excellent, the apartment was tidy and had sufficient space for persons. The view was lovely and we very much appreciated the welcome box! Also the general information that was provided was useful. Only disadvantage was that that tumble dryer in the apartment did not work, luckily there was a back-up one for general use. One small remark: during booking it was not clear that it was a multiple apartment building.

Wonderful Stay in St. Ives

A lovely flat with a spectacular view of St. Ives, the port, beaches, and ocean! Light fills this upper floor flat that is large and comfortable. Parking is in the back lot and very convenient. Our host left us a gift basket with delicious local cookies and teas; and milk in the refrigerator, which we greatly appreciated! Just a quick walk to the lovely and vibrant town of St. Ives. Our host suggested many great restaurants, and the restaurants we went to were absolutely superb!! There is a lot to do and see in St. Ives. I’m a hiker and the hikes along the coast are wonderful. We loved this flat and St. Ives!

Excellent views and lovely apartment

We had an amazing week. Extra towels were provided at my request, due to not having room to pack any with a family of five. The apartment is lovely. Lots of living space. 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, lounge and kitchen, it was perfect for us. The steps back home from the town are not for the faint hearted, but it gets better every day with plenty of practice. Would stay here again.

Komfortabel, sauber, praktisch und zum Wohlfühlen

Im 1. OG gelegen ist die Wohnung gut zu erreichen. Der Parkplatz ist vor der Tür und dann muss man sich wenigstens darüber keine Gedanken machen, denn parken ist in Saint Ives so eine Sache. Daher zunächst dazu: direkt vor der Tür befindet sich der großeCar Park von dem man aus direkt per Bus Shuttle in die Innenstadt fahren kann für ein 1,50 £. In der Innenstadt von st. Ives ist es parken fast unmöglich zu parken und direkt nebenan gibt es einen kleinen Fußweg, mit dem man innerhalb von 5 Minuten runter in die Stadt laufen kann. allerdings hoch laufen ist nur für sportliche Gemüter und ist auch nicht Kinderwagen und Rollstuhl geeignet wegen der Treppen. Die Wohnung selbst ist bestens ausgestattet. Zwar ohne Balkon, aber mit einer tollen Aussicht über die Bay. Die Zimmer sind hell und freundlich und schön eingerichtet. Die Küche war mein Highlight, denn selten findet man so viel Küchenequipment wie hier. Alle Utensilien waren vollständig und gut erhalten und funktional und man fand eigentlich mehr, als man erwartet hat. Es ist tatsächlich eine der bestausgestatteten Küche, die ich in einer Ferienwohnung erlebt hab. Es gibt eine Kladde, in der sämtliche Betriebsanleitung sind, die wir auch nutzen mussten, weil die Geräte sich nicht alle von selbst erklären. Der Kontakt zu Scott war immer nett und problemlos und gut organisiert. Ich kann diese Unterkunft nur breit empfehlen. Mit drei Schlafzimmern und zwei Bädern und der Ausstattung kann man sich dort wohl fühlen.

Paradise in St.Ives

our stay in St. Ives was amazing. Mostly due to this beautiful flat. It was clean, stocked and comfortable. The view was breathtaking. The location was perfect, since we did not have a vehicle. Only a 10-minute walk to town. We highly recommend this flat. We will be back for sure.

This property was fab for three generations of our family. Amazing view out to the harbour from the living room. Very clean, all the little touches you need. 5 minutes up the steps from town or a bit longer if steps aren't your thing.

Ideal home from home

Great appartment, great views, wonderful place

We enjoyed the stay very much and will for sure return St. Ives. The appartment is very nice, perfectly equipped, maybe a liitle dated here and there, but still in a good condition overall. One thing we want to share is that the dining table does not at all work for four people and above, because the space is way to small. In this respect the picture is misleading. Overall a great appartment.

Wonderful Apartment

We had a wonderful stay....... the views are spectacular, apartment very clean and has everything that you may need for a stay. We had excellent communication with Scott the owner. He was very accomodating in our arrival date. Like others have mentioned the steps up and down into St Ives are steep. (Allows you to burn off some pastie calories.)

Great location and view

This is a lovely property with fantastic views of St Ives Bay. Very clean and great location. A short walk to the centre of St Ives and the nearest beach (although there are lots of steps). Would definitely stay again

Fabulous place

What a lovely place exactly as the description describes with amazing views to boot. I shared with friends as we were attending a wedding. This was my first time visiting st Ives and it is lovely, the location was great for us too as the church was just down the steps ( they are very steep) but you wouldn’t have the lovely view of both st Ives and it’s harbour without being that little bit higher up. The apartment was very well equipped, with all that you would need, in the kitchen pots pans plates and cutlery etc and the little added extra of (if you didn’t want to cook takeout menus). Great communication between myself and the host and even recommendations to all that surrounded the apartment, and places to eat and all you needs to know for stay at the property. I would definitely return thank you

Phantastische Wohnung in St Ives

Diese Wohnung oberhalb des Stadtkerns von St Ives hat einen wirklich gigantischen Blick über Hafen, Bucht und die ganze Küste bis hinter den Leuchtturm. Die Ausstattung ist gut und praktisch, man findet alles was man braucht, die Zimmer sind schön eingerichtet. Auch der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter hat sehr gut geklappt, er hat immer zeitnah und nett geantwortet. Wir würden immer wieder gern kommen.
