3 Bedroom Sea View Modern Apartment
Set overlooking the harbour with clear harbour and sea views you'll spend a lot time mesmerised by the view.
Carefully furnished to be light and airy whilst spacious. The open plan living area is a real feature and enjoys the best of the views.
Local essentials are seconds away, including bakeries, coffee shops, pubs and restaurants. You can easily escape the hustle and bustle of a busy day on the harbour.
Sit back and admire the view from the living area or rustle up dinner with the same backdrop, you’ll look over the harbour and St Ives Bay with Godrevy lighthouse in the distance.
The open plan living, dining, kitchen area is perfect for rustling up meals and sitting back after a day exploring the location.
Throughout you'll find luxurious touches such as quality appliances, solid wood worktops and really good lighting.
There are two double bedrooms one being ensuite and both have plenty of storage. The third bedroom has a 4ft double.
There is also a shared family shower room.
Access to 10 Fernlea is from The Terrace and only two steps are needed to enter or once in the property.

We use a self service check-in to give you flexibility when arriving, we might swing by to check everything is ok during your stay but we like to respect your privacy to.
St Ives is a really special town. With a mixed history, it's an ancient fishing port that has developed into an artistic escape for many and is now one of the UK's best know holiday towns.
You'll find golden sand beaches with crystal clear waters, surfers love Porthmeor and there are at least 3 other beaches in a 15-20 minute walk from your front door.
Tate St Ives and Barbara Hepworth Sculpture Museum and Gardens are well worth a wander, both are in walking distance to.
The food scene is excellent and you can expect more than just standard grub. From family friendly to the likes of Porthminster Beach Cafe which serve excellent food in a laid back beach side environment.
10 Fernlea is really close to St Ives train and bus stations (1-3 minute walks) We find many of our guests don't use their car during their stay as St Ives has lots to do, if this might be you, do consider the train.
Everything in town is in walking distance.
There are some good local bus routes and we highly recommend exploring the renowned South West Coast Path.
We can provide a travel cot and high chair if required.
