  • Our Happy Place is a 4-bedroom, 4.5-bathroom (4th bedroom is an unenclosed loft), 1,932 sq ft luxury villa furnished with all the upgrades you could ask for, including flat-screen HDTV's, granite countertops, as well as stainless steel appliances. The floor plan is spacious with bedrooms that are quiet and private. Whether you're looking to relax or spend your day enjoying the surrounding landscapes, you can rest comfortably in the contemporary-style bedrooms, partially covered outdoor patio, or spend time with family and friends in our large family room.

    The Ledges of St. George is the perfect area to visit for golfers and outdoor enthusiasts. Minutes away, you'll find a conglomerate of hiking, biking, and ATV trails, world-famous rock climbing and rappelling, and views of the majestic red and white sandstone mountains surrounding The Ledges.

Our get away in St George

Reviewer Comments: I decided to take my five grandkids (ages 8–16) on a little getaway while their parents were out of town—and let’s just say, expectations were high 😄. We needed plenty of beds, separate space for the teenagers, and a pool was absolutely non-negotiable.The Ledges was perfect. The layout couldn’t have been better—three bedrooms plus a loft with four full-size bunk beds and a twin bunk gave everyone their own space (and kept the peace!). The garage was stocked with games the kids loved, and I claimed the upper deck as my spot—fire going, cozy vibes, and a little quiet time.We had the best stay and truly enjoyed every minute. I’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it!

Thanksgiving fun

We had the best time here. Location is amazing, place is super clean and well stocked and great for a group. We used the pool and hot tub every day, had a lot of fun playing pickleball, and we loved going to Snow Canyon and riding bikes on the trails. Would highly recommend.

Great Visit for our big group

Happy place was a great accommodation for our group of 12 for mini weekend family reunion. Tons of room, comfortable seating and beds. Outdoor space was also inviting for the group. Check in & comms were a breeze.

It’s just such a lovely area but still only 15 minutes from everywhere we go when we visit St George. We love the pool. This place fits our needs so well. We love that there are two masters for our two families. 12 of us total. We love the balcony with beautiful lights. The soft couch around the fire pit is just perfect and fits all of us! We all fit at the table too. It’s easy to find a place that sleeps a lot but not always easy to find a place that also seats everyone at a table and other places. We’ll be back next year.
