Spacious and Comfortable Getaway with Awesome Amenities!

This comfortable, spacious, and fully furnished 2 bedroom condo is a perfect retreat for family and friends to gather. Warm tones throughout make an inviting, enjoyable stay with our large, soft couches to relax on after the fun you'll have here in Southern Utah. The large Kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessities of home. We have a dining table that seats 6 for meals and entertainment. The large, master bedroom with a King size bed also has a private bathroom with a huge, updated custom shower. There is smart TV in the master with cable TV access. The condo is equipped with your own washer and dryer. Down the hall the second bedroom sits equipped with a queen bed and its own entrance to the private patio. There is a brand new large couch in the family room with a queen size sofa sleeper. The Family Room also houses two additional couches and rocking chair for lots of room to spread out. The smart TV has cable, and also Apple TV to enjoy free movies and entertainment. The large private patio spans all the way across the entire condo with 2 patio tables and chairs and a nice, relaxing, hammock in the middle. We are located on the bottom level so there are about 5 stairs to get down into the unit. We are not wheelchair accessible.
Right outside the front door is the Sports Village Clubhouse. Our amenities have every activity you can imagine from swimming pools to racquetball to mini-golf. Or come enjoy all that St George has to offer, it will not disappoint!

We loved our time at this place in St. George. Great location and services nearby including the pool but also the Community Center (and a great Mexican restaurant within walking distance). Well equipped accommodations. I am a Canadian with phone off to avoid roaming charges so a little bit of angst about getting door lock code but all for naught. The only issue was the CO2 monitor chirping in the am which was 2018 and easily replaced (and assume I will be reimbursed for it). No hesitation recommending it.

Our family stayed here in October 2025 and very much enjoyed the property. We hope to stay here again in the future. The condo had lots of space for our group. The kitchen was well-equipped. Everything worked great. Great location in St. George. Great amenities in the complex - pools, hot tubs, workout room, games. There is a lot more included here than just a great place to sleep.

We played in the senior games and one of the venus was at Sport Village( Racquettball). We enjoyed being able to walk to some of our games. But the best part was the hot tub conversations with other competitors. The condo was very comfortable with ample space to cook and hang out. We will definitely come back.

The condo was a great place to stay while visiting for my daughter’s soccer tournament. There was a ton of space, it was clean, and everything was well stocked. The kids enjoyed the pool and green space for practicing soccer. Jodi was super quick to answer questions.

Very spacious, clean and comfortable

We were very pleased with the space and complex. Space was clean and open. We didn’t spend much time there because we were enjoying all the sites around the area. Would definitely come back. Very easy to find; check in and out and owner was easy to work with. Very comfortable beds!!

Clean and cozy

My husband and I stayed at this property 2 nights. It was very clean and comfortable. The master bedroom mattress was awesome, very comfortable for both of us. The master bathroom shower was great. We loved how it had grab bars in it.The kitchen was stocked very well. We only had one thing that we were not happy with and that was the internet connection was not good at all. We tried to watch two movies and it kept rendering, and the words did not match their mouths. If it wasn't for that issue we would give this unit 5 stars.
