Enjoy the proximity to the family pool & playground in this ground floor condo.
This beautiful condo is ground floor, as well as an end unit with lots of natural light. The open concept floor plan makes it easy for everyone to enjoy one anothers company - with the patio just off the kitchen you can dine in or out. No BBQ on the patio. Located in Building 19, you will enjoy all the upgrades of Las Palmas. 10 foot ceilings, wide doors which makes this condo great for those who might have a handicap. One of the advantages of this location is, no need to worry about stairs or elevators! The master bedroom has a KING bed and private en suite. Bedroom 2 has a QUEEN bed + 3 twins (bunk bed). A private en suite as well for bedroom 2. This condo sleeps 7 comfortably in beds. If you need an air mattress or pack-n-play just let us know and we can add it your reservation for a minimal fee.
Please remember this is a ground floor unit and we are in the desert. Keeping the doors closed will prevent unwanted critters from getting in. We do NOT have a BBQ on the patio.

Great place

We had a very comfortable stay. We have a daughter in a wheelchair and it was very accessible. The only complaint would be the broken blinds in the master bedroom made the privacy questionable at best.

The unit was very spacious and could hold a ton of people. The cleanliness was much to be desired. The top of the fridge hadn’t been wiped in months, there was a flipper wedged between the cupboards and the fridge along with paper towels. The south facing windows were so dirty you couldn’t see out of them. There was no tissues so I had to use toilet paper to blow my nose. The Keurig hadn’t been descaled and stopped working. I spent my own money to descale it. The location was convenient and kitchen was well equipped. More attention is needed to welcome the guests. We left a large stack of brochures and magazines as the ones that were there were from 2019. Other VRBO’s have left welcome baskets that got you going but nothing here. I will come back to St. George but will look elsewhere for my accommodations.

Great condo

We really enjoyed the condo. It was decent sized and clean. Only issue was the panel door in the one bedroom that didn’t close correctly and couldn’t be locked. Didn’t like the remote control lights. But overall a great condo.

From the moment we arrived, we had to make sure that all of our food, beverages, and anything else that had a trace of sugar, was placed in separate containers away from the open and away from countertops and table. Every time we walked into the kitchen, there was at least 30 to 40 ants on the countertops, and coming in and out of the outlet on the east side of wall. Besides the ant problem, it was clean and organized. We never could get the TV in the master bedroom to work in conjunction with the cable/satellite. Thanks

Spacious and Clean

We were more than pleased with the accommodations. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything and anything we needed, there were repleny of pillows, sheets, towels, cleaning supplies et cetera. The patio opened to one of the pools and a playground, so the area was perfect for us. The sofa was large and very comfortable. Great property!

This condo is on the main floor right next to the swimming pool. It is close to mountain bike trails, and snow canyon. It was clean and comfortable.

Clean place

Overall a nice place to stay but the listing says that it sleeps 7. At the most it only sleeps 4 adults. I think the listing is a little misleading. Really clean but DVD player doesn’t work and the queen bed for some reason was squeaky and the king bed was rather hard.

Beautiful condo but house cleaner brings therapy pet so not pet allergen free

The five season employee Jennifer was very curt with regards to the house cleaner bringing a therapy pet and my son having potential allergies. The condo was immaculately clean and very comfortable for our family of 5.

Nice place!

Good location, easily accessible unit. Comfortable beds. The thermostat did not work the first night. After replacing batteries it worked fine the second day. Also, toilet paper was the thinnest, cheapest I have ever seen. Other than that, it was great!

The property was clean and well cared for. Had an abundance of towels (pool, bath, and kitchen) and everything we needed in the kitchen to make our meals. We are very pleased with this property and would recommend it to our friends.

Perfect for our family. Great proximity to the pool and hot tub.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The listing says the condo sleeps 7 and it was perfect for two adults and four kids, but I don’t think more than four adults would be comfortable. Three of our kids slept on the provided pads on the floor and one took the queen size bed. The closets are huge and our oldest set up his own little room in one of the closets. It’s a great location for the pool and hot tub and close to mountain biking trails. I thought the condo was nicer in person than in the pictures. We didn’t really do any cooking, so I’m not sure how the kitchen is stocked, but everything else we needed was there in the condo. The tv was a little glitchy and seemed to freeze every few minutes, but we didn’t use it a lot so it didn’t really matter to us. I would stay in this unit again. We had a great vacation!
