The host was not welcoming. We arrived early and asked if we could go in early because my son had a game to go to. They said it was being cleaned. We sat outside in the parking lot and so there was no one inside. We waited awhile and asked again-- they still said that is was being cleaned. We told them there was no one there, so they let us go in. The space seems to be in the process us updating things-- there is a mixture between dinged up old cupboards/tables/scraped ceiling and new counter tops. The air mattress leaked so we had to refill each time my son wanted to sleep. The only room for the air mattress was in the front room so it was a little tight squeezing around. It would be better if the couch was a sleeper-- then there wouldn't be the issue of space or leaking air mattress. It says it sleeps 4-- but I would think it would be too tight for 4. The only chairs are what you see in the picture-- a couch and 3 bar stools-- not verfy comfy for 4 people to lounge. We ended up leaving a day early.

Property wasn’t very clean my son’s feet were black just from the floors, we had to wash several dishes before using them. The coffee maker burned the coffee. The property is nice just needs a little more attention especially with the cleaning fee associated with this rental

Senior hideaway with a view

This place was a perfect place for my husband and me. Good place for anyone participating in Huntsman Games! A couple small issues were addressed after a phone call and quickly resolved. Would absolutely stay there again.

No A/C and mold and animal hair everywhere.

If you like mold covered bathrooms and sleeping in a stuffy 90 degree condo then this is the place for you. AC was set at 87 degrees when we arrived and we were greeted with a notice that we could only lower the temp by 2 degrees an hour (we got in late and this really didn't lead to a great first night). I've had an ac freeze up during a heat wave before so we played it safe and followed the instructions, but we never got the temp below 85 at night and it would climb up to 90 degrees during the day. After two nights of this we couldnt take it anymore and stayed in a nearby 2 star hotel that kept us from getting heat stroke without an issue. There was also animal hair all over the condo and it looked like it hadn't been swept in months. Plus black mold and peeling paint all over the bathroom. I wouldnt stay at this resort ever again after this experience.

Baseball trip

The unit was smaller than the pictures showed. Comfortable bed and pillows. Nice shower. Clean. The unit could use some updating, especially the kitchen and bathroom cabinets - they are a bit worn out.

This unit was just as listed. It was nice, but the bed definitely needs to be changed with an updated mattress. One side has been worn out and dips down making it uncomfortable. The view was great.

Room with a view

This was a great place to stay for my small family. The kitchen was a really nice size, giving us plenty of space to eat in a few times. I especially loved the view from the balcony off the bedroom. It was great to look out the window before I went to sleep and when I woke up and see the beautiful St George red rocks. I would definitely stay here again

Good little spot

I stayed here for five weeks as a solo business traveller. This condo would be great for a couple or even a family with one or two small children. The condo had everything needed for a comfortable stay. The building is older (1980's) but the unit was updated and has some nice updates. The AC was cold and the wifi was really really good as well! The property management is very professional and a pleasure to work with, I would certainly stay with them again!

Great base for golf in the area.

Place was fine with pretty good stocked kitchen . could have used a kettle. Lovely view from small balcony to watch the sunset. Bathroom had a good updated shower but could use hooks for hand towels ánd cloths plus more towel racks. We would recommend this place to others looking for an affordable, clean and quiet place.

Clean some what. Great King bed! Blow up second bed, but had to take down everyday to walk around condo or sit on couch. It was just ok clean wise. Carpet is dirty looking but ok. Too small for us.
