Welcome to Fable House, a luxurious 2,692 sq. foot, 4-bedroom, 5.5-bathroom villa adorned with all the upgrades you desire. Revel in features such as flat-screen HDTVs, Calcutta quartz countertops, and stainless steel appliances. The spacious floor plan ensures quiet and private bedrooms, creating a serene retreat.

Whether you're seeking relaxation or planning to immerse yourself in the surrounding landscapes, find comfort in the contemporary-style bedrooms, on the partially covered outdoor patio, or spend quality time with family and friends in one of the two family/recreation rooms.

Nestled in The Ledges of St. George, this location is perfect for golfers and outdoor enthusiasts. Only minutes away, explore a variety of hiking, biking, and ATV trails. Engage in world-famous rock climbing and rappelling, and marvel at the views of the majestic red and white sandstone mountains that surround The Ledges.

Perfect for a big group!

We stayed here with a big group of friends and everyone loved it! We loved that every room had their own bathroom and there was plenty of space for everyone! It was clean and the check-in and checkout instructions were really clear. We plan on visiting St. George altogether every year and we will definitely be looking for this place!

Great weekend with extended family!

We had a wonderful stay with our extended family with plenty of room and great amenities! Some even used the pool & hot tub over the Thanksgiving weekend! Kitchen was stocked with all the kitchenware we needed - which isn’t always the case in other places we’ve stayed. Plenty of towels as well which we were grateful for. They even supplied towels for the pool which was great. Everyone loved it, I only wish we could have taken the time to use the fire pit. Our only 2 negatives are the furniture in the family room wasn’t comfortable for movie watching and the bed frame at the foot of the bed in the downstairs master bedroom is a “shin splitter”. It protrudes farther than the mattress and with the sharp corners you needed to be ultra aware - especially in the dark. Otherwise a perfect stay and would definitely be a repeat. Thank you for being great hosts!

Great location! Home was very clean and had all of the items as advertised and more. Pool, hot tub, and pickle ball court were awesome! Great place to stay if you are in the St. George area. We will be back!

We had a great experience, they had everything we needed for our four day stay. Loved the pickle ball courts! Kids had fun on the Nintendo and there were lots of options for TV (Disney plus, Netflix, Hulu etc.)

Great Trip and Location Close to Parks

Fable House was a great stay! My family loved it. It was an excellent location to relax with the whole family, and it was close to many national parks that we wanted to day hike. Bonus the kitchen was perfect and had great space for all our meal prep.

Spring break getaway

This was the perfect place for our spring break getaway. It was spacious, had beds and bathrooms for everyone! Kitchen was well stocked, big grill for a cookout and the kids loved the pool!! We will definitely stay here on our next trip to St George!

Fabulous Fable House

What a great house! Not only is the interior expertly designed but it has everything you would want or need for you stay. From baking sheets and aluminum foil, to food seasonings and wine glasses, and even bodywash, shampoo and conditioner. The fire pit on the balcony was a perfect place to lounge in the evenings and there are a ton of amenities walking distance from the house like a pool and pickle-ball courts. Definitely would recommend this house to everyone!

It was beautiful. Loved that everyone had their own bathrooms! Very comfortable. The decor is fabulous! Only negative I could say was the master bedroom's bed wasn't very comfortable. Mattress too hard. But that's just my opinion.

Perfect spot for a family gathering! Had everything we needed- fun pool (with baby area), pickleball courts, and close to yummy restaurants and grocery stores. We loved that we each had our own room AND bathroom. Huge win! Will definitely stay again!
