This well-appointed villa is furnished with all the upgrades, including flat-screen HDTV's, granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances. The floor-plan is spacious, offering quiet and private bedrooms for a comfortable retreat. Whether you're seeking relaxation or planning to explore the surrounding landscapes, you can enjoy the contemporary style bedrooms, relax on the partially covered outdoor patio, or spend quality time with family and friends in one of the two family/recreation rooms.

Located in The Ledges of St. George, Dream On 18 is an ideal destination for golfers and outdoor enthusiasts. Within minutes, you'll have access to a variety of activities, including hiking, biking, and ATV trails. The area is also known for world-famous rock climbing and rappelling, providing stunning views of the majestic red and white sandstone mountains surrounding The Ledges.

The condo was perfect!

Came to St. George to attend the Parade of Homes. The condo was one of the best VRBO's I have ever stay at. Myself and my friend were very comfortable. I will book this condo in my future visits to St. George.

Great house and great community

House is awesome and the community is great. Our college kids loved the pickle ball courts. The restaurant at the clubhouse was really good. Perfect stay for us.

Love this property!

We love coming here! It’s in such a beautiful location in Snow Canyon! The house is so clean, comfortable and spacious with bathrooms and televisions for each bedroom. We love having access to the pool and pickle ball courts We will definitely come again!

June Family Visit to Utah National Parks

We stayed here for a week's trip to Zion National Park, Bryce Canyon National Park, and Snow Canyon State Park. We had 2 parents and our 4 kids, ages 10, 11, 19, and 21. The property looked even better in person than the pictures reflect. The decorating is beautiful and the home is gorgeous with a well thought out design for togetherness and also time alone. The view out the back is beautiful. The beds were among the most comfortable I have slept in (I slept in the master -- and white bedroom one night). The pantry had a variety of spices, oil, and other necessities (saran wrap, storage bags) that were very useful. These may have been left and accumulated from prior visitors but were a great asset. The kitchen was stocked with every type of appliance and utensil. I also appreciated the laundry soap and extra dish washing tablets and many other little extra items supplied in the kitchen. We used the pool noodles and the pickle ball equipment provided in the garage. Small suggestions: Update the listing to reflect there are many beach towels, a pickle ball set, and board games on site, because we brought all of these along but didn't need them. The pools are a short 3 minute walk down to the end of the street (not across the street) and we found the area to be clean, not crowded, with friendly people. The entire complex of homes was very quiet and the people were friendly. I would have liked to have had a nightlight that could be used in a bedroom for kids and also some pencils/small notepad for games. Luckily our kind neighbors a couple doors down gave us some pencils. This stay was a 5-star all around. Thank you!

Best Place so far

Perfect vacation rental!

Our family had a wonderful spring break at the Ledges. This was our first time to St. George, and we will definitely be back! This rental, and the rest of the whole resort are, are ideal for a perfect vacation. My three kids under age 6 had a blast at the pools, walking around, and exploring the property. The rental itself was perfectly clean and brand new, exactly as shown in photos. The kitchen was well stocked both with cooking items as well as pantry staples. Great location at the end of the building, and facing the mountains and 18th golf hole. We will definitely hope to stay here again!

Beautiful property

We love staying at this beautiful property in St George. It’s always clean, beautifully decorated and has access to a pool. We enjoy the great hiking trails, horsebackriding and great places to eat that are nearby We will definitely come back again! .

Wonderful Stay at Ledges Dream on 18

We have stayed at a number of rental properties through the years and this was by far the best property in terms of overall quality of furniture, fixtures, appliances, etc. for the price. The unit was extremely well appointed with enough of everything to accommodate a larger group even though we ultimately came as a family of 4. Our only two "complaints" for the unit would be that the unit is a bit close to Hwy 18 which does bring a bit of road noise on the patios which takes away from some of the enjoyment of the beautiful views and and great unit. Secondly, the downstairs master bathroom could really use a different shower head as the shower is large, however, it was built a bit too narrow which can make it challenging to get all of the red dust off your legs and feet. Overall, this was a fantastic, well-appointed, beautiful unit with a great layout and wonderful views that can easily accommodate a large family gathering. We didn't take advantage of the amenities within the Ledges community during our stay as we enjoyed the proximity of the short drives around St. George and Snow Canyon State Park for some great hikes.

Great place for families with kids!

Very clean, looks just like pictures. Centrally located to all the places you want to see - Zion National Park, Sand Hollow, Gunlock state park, Etc. We had 3 adults and 6 kids ages 3-11 and they loved it! TV’s in all the rooms, living room and loft was ideal. It was quite hot when we went so some screen time was needed to beat the heat on certain days. The kitchen has everything needed! The garage fits two SUVs nicely. Lots a pool toys (noodles) to play with. Short walk to the pool. Quiet neighborhood. Toys and games for kids. The beds are SUPER comfortable!!! We all got good night sleeps. Have all bathroom amenities- towels, blow dryer, shampoo, conditioner, body wash etc. Easy and responsive communication with management. Would stay here again! Highly recommend.

Fantastic getaway!

We had a great time here. My husband and his two friends have a golf getaway each year. I tag along to visit my family. We each had our own room and bathroom. It was the perfect amount of room, so we didn’t feel like we were on top of each other. I loved having a tv in each room and 2 living spaces with TVs. The hot tub and pool were a short walk from the house. The hot tub is huge and we used it every day.

Wonderful place to stay

Came to the St. George area to get in some golfing and some mountain bike riding. Couldn’t have found a better place. Very easy access about 5 miles out of town.
