Within 10 miles of the complex are 11 golf courses if you're looking for a more relaxed outdoor environment. Mesquite, Nevada is a beautiful 45-minute drive through the Virgin River Gorge with additional golfing, casinos, and restaurants. Zion National Park is about 46 miles away.

Sunshine condo

We came for a week on soring break. We had liveky wearher and enjoyed the pool. Lived we had three room and three bathrooms so it allowed everyone to have their own bathroom. It was pretty noisy with young kids in complex as it echoes in u shaped complexto

Simply an awesome place!

We loved staying at the Estancia! The place was clean and neat. There was everything we needed and more. We didn't spend too much time in the condo itself (we were in St George for a family reunion), but we never had to worry about things missing, running out, or going to a store for misc items (maybe not a big deal for some, but really appreciated by us). Will be the first choice for us when we return.

Just a suggestion

We enjoyed our stay. It's a lovely condo, beautiful city. We have a couple suggestions. A side table and top sheets in the bunk room. When we put in a load of laundry, there was a huge load of towels that needed rewashed and dried. You may want to fix the lint trap. It's ripped and the lint in the dryer exhaust could be a fire hazard.

Amazing place for our group

We loved our experience. The apartment was lovely and the location was perfect. 20 min or less to everywhere. The only problem was that the pool key wasn’t there and it said we needed a code to get in. I’d recommend updating your notes.

Great Location wish we could have stayed longer!

We came for a quick weekend and to see a show at Tuachan. We got there unexpectedly early and I walked in with the property manager. He was awesome and said we could swim before “formally” checking in. The place was super clean and was ready quickly. We had fun at the pool loved how close it was to lots of things. We really liked this area and would love to stay again.

Clean and roomy condo

We had a great stay. The condo is very roomy. We had 4 kids and 2 adults and plenty of space for everyone to hang out on the patio or inside. The pool area is spacious. Located about 15 min away from most everything but very easy to just hop onto the freeway to other areas. Clean and had what we needed to cook. The pool towels were a great plus.
