  • Beautiful 2000 SF 4 Bedroom 2 Bath Home away from home. This home is equipped with everything you need to feel at home. Well equipped kitchen where you can prepare your own meals. Nice quiet neighborhood with a park across the street where kids can play. We have also included books, games, and children's toys. Older kids and adults can enjoy air hockey, foosball, and basketball games in the garage. Very spacious with king size beds in all four rooms plus a bunk bed in one of the rooms. Beautiful view from the back patio. Gorgeous sunsets can be seen. Close to grocery store and dining,
    aad very popular coffee shop. Several popular hiking trails nearby, including Snow Canyon, Red Reef, Confluence Park, Kolob Canyon, Kanarraville Falls, and Candy Cliffs (Yant Flat). Our home is frequently rated very highly for both location and for being well stocked compared to other similar rentals. We use this house for our family vacations and have therefore made sure all desired supplies are readily available. Just for full disclosure we have experienced some settling of the floor which has resulted in some minor cracks in walls and floor. Most people barely notice it but some have commented that it should be disclosed. You should know the house foundation has been fully supported and is stable, but you will probably notice the floor has a few uneven spots and that the rear patio slopes downward. None of this should prevent you from fully enjoying the house and your vacation. Price of the rental is lower than other comparable homes and therefore provides an excellent value compared to other options you may find.

Had a wonderful stay it’s close to the park and many other amenities. We were there for the Zion ultras house fit 9 of us was great!

Overall we enjoyed this place. It was close and easy to get to Zion and it is close to grocery stores or dining. Communication was fast and easy. The beds were comfortable and the house was quiet.

This was a great place to stay while visiting Zion. Our family of five stayed at this lovely home for three nights after spending six nights in hotels to begin pour trip (visiting other parks). It was nice to be able to spread out and relax. There are great restaurants nearby and the local grocery store was open until 10pm. The beds were all comfortable. We would definitely recommend this house!

Great Utah Vacation

Located in a Quiet neighborhood, comfortable beds, kitchen was well equipped with dinnerware & cookware we had 6 adults, we had plenty of room, enjoyed the patio & the view!

The size of the house and beds available were great, and great proximity to the grocery store to pick up items after hiking in Zion. I was caught off guard by how much the house has settled - cracked wall tiles, floor tiles popping up, the kitchen pitching towards the center. Writing a review since that was info I wish I had before booking.

Wonderful stay!!!

Zion National Park was very close and the home had all the amenities. Super close to the Davis Supermarket too! Park across the street and great view in the backyard with a grill! If we come back to Zion, this would be a great stay!

Zion visit

Very easy booking. House was very well stocked. Loved the back deck and the gorgeous views. The gas firepit was great. Very close to many of our planned destinations! Thank you for a great stay.

Great location

Great location, Zion was 25 minutes away from the house. Shopping and food close by.. House was very clean but as described, has a few cosmetic flaws. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Great birthday weekend

We had a great time visiting Zion National Park and celebrating a birthday. The house was perfect for a get away. Close grocery store, good food not far away, and the best view from the back porch. The owners thought of many extras needed when away from home. Would 10 out of 10 recommend!

Spacious and comfortable

We really enjoyed our stay here. It was centrally located between Zion national Park and St George with the joining beautiful state and local parks for hiking. All the bedrooms are a decent size and the living room is quite large, with a well stocked kitchen. We would definitely consider staying here again if in the area and would recommend to friends. The owners were also very responsive and considerate.

Southwest Vacation

We enjoyed our stay in LaVerkin. It was a lovely home away from home for us to explore two National Parks, Zion and Bryce. It also gave us a place to hang out with our family-- nine people in all-- in the evening. We enjoyed the view of the mountains in the daylight and stargazing at night. The house was clean and well supplied with necessities like tp and paper towels etc, which was not the case with other rentals we have stayed at.

Nice property, roomy and comfortable. The only thing that bothered me is the carbon detector keep beeping every few seconds, waking me up through the night...

Family reunion

We were very impressed overall. For the older members of our group, the sofa was not comfortable due ease of getting up (or lack there of). Spent most time sitting at table instead. They would have liked other chairs. The view was AMAZING!!!
