    Enjoy a relaxing escape in "Island Palms Retreat," a beautifully furnished and updated condo nestled in a lazy beachside complex, just a few steps from the pool and boardwalk to the beach. and a few miles from numerous St. Augustine attractions! Take in the fresh salty air mornings and afternoons on two patios among manicured landscaping. Step out to the community pool which is adjacent to a gorgeous beach boardwalk with magnificent views overlooking the ocean, and taking you right down to the sand where you will enjoy family-time playing in the waves, building sand castles, or just soaking in the sun! Living spaces and the bedrooms have been thoughtfully updated with a fun island vibe. Island Palms Retreat is a first floor unit, making it easy to come and go. A shady, reserved parking space is located convenient to the unit. Additional parking is available just a short walk away in the front of the complex. Cook dinner "at home" in the updated kitchen outfitted with cooking and serving supplies. The living and dining area is perfect for relaxing together, playing games, or watching a movie. Step out onto the balcony from the living room or the master bedroom for a cup of coffee in the mornings, or a glass of wine in the evenings. Sleep well in the Master bedroom with King sized bed and ensuite bathroom. or the second bedroom which is furnished with two twin XL beds, perfect for the kids or two adults.     Noise Ordinance: The city of St. Augustine has a noise ordinance that prohibits noise between the hours of 10:00pm-6:00am Sunday-Thursday, and 11:00pm-7:00am Friday-Saturday. Violations can result in a $500 fee. *Decibel levels are monitored at this property to abide by city and county noise ordinances.

Overall it was good ! But the patio furniture are not useful rusted and the beach chairs and umbrellas need to be replaced!! Broken not useable! Location was great love the the nice and easy excess to the beach!!Beautiful!The kitchen was very clean and stacked up with lots of cooking utensils!Ships were also reachable in a short distance! Great Beach Hideaway

This condo is nicely appointed and very clean and comfortable. The check in process was seamless. The team has been in touch with any updates and info. I would definitely book with trips again. The location is quiet but close to all shopping and restaurants. It is a short walk to the beach.

We enjoyed our stay. The condo was clean and beautifully furnished. Beds were comfy and kitchen had everything we needed. Great place to stay and make day trips into Old Town St Augustine.

Butler Beach stay

I stayed at the property for close to a week. The property was very well maintained, clean, and well located. I highly recommend the location to any guests seeking a relaxing vacation.

Great bacation

Really nice place, very clean, convenient location. Me and my daughter love this place, we found everything we need. Beautiful beach just a step away, big pool right outside the door, convenient parking space.

Loved St. Augustine areas. Big surprise.

Nicely decorated with beach theme. Close to pool and up the stairs to beautiful beach and ocean. Quiet surrouding in a peaceful setting. Area had good restaurants, grocery stores and shopping.

Overall it was a nice place. We wished it was closer to the beach, however was not far. Good location and close to many attractions. Property management was excellent and very responsive. Our only complaint was that we could hear ppl upstairs walking as the walls were thin.

Great beach get away!

This was a wonderful beach getaway. Clean, updated beautifully, all things you could possibly need were included. Pool for a swim was a few steps away, and the beach was just a quick walk up a ramp. Lovely complex, quiet and well cared for. We would definitely stay again!

Overall, this place was totally adequate. In a condo complex and a short walk to the beach, which was beautiful. One of of the group was bothered by a musty smell. The sheets on the bed they smell strongly of bleach. We didn’t try to walk anywhere, but lots to do within a short drive. We stayed for four nights and it’s the only place I have ever rented that had a “starter supply of toilet paper“. Toilet paper is cheap and it seems like having extra on hand is not too much to ask. Overall, it gets average reviews from the three of us.

My family and I really loved this condo! First, I should mention that we were warmly welcomed to this home with a kind handwritten note and some freebie coupons for local eateries, which was really gracious and totally exceeded our expectations! The location is excellent- it's situated right next to the pool area which is great for easy outings sneaking in a quick swim. And while you cannot see the beach from the rental, the stairway up to the beach is right in front of the front door and easy to access. The walk to the beach is lovely and only takes 1-2 minutes along the walkway. The amenities were plenty, communication easy and prompt, and the overall feel/ambiance of the condo was great!The only thing I would mention- and not to the host's fault- is that there is a unit directly above this one. I'm not sure if they live there full time or if it's also a rental, but if someone is there you can hear every footstep above you. It wasn't anything an exhausting day in the sun earplugs couldn't handle, but if you're sensitive to noise, it's something to consider. That being said, despite the noise above, we would absolutely stay here again. This was a cozy, welcoming, conveniently located, and clean condo with very gracious hosts. We were super grateful for the experience!

Great Location - Beach and Pool

Had a very enjoyable time. The property is located conveniently to St. Augustine. It was great having a family oriented pool available and also having beach access to the Atlantic. We had other family members who live in side the intercoastal, we were 10 minutes from their home with the bridge crossing about 1/2 mile away. Would recommend to any visiting the area (visit included me, my wife, and adult daughter).

Just right

Love the decor and finishing touches that make this condo feel homey and comfortable. It was the perfect spot for a couple days of work and rest. Communication was prompt and personable. Highly recommend!
