  • Este 1450 pies cuadrados. Beach Cottage tiene todos los encantos y comodidades que desea para sus vacaciones. HDTV con DVD para esas tardes lluviosas, siéntese en la cabaña en la playa, lea un libro o nade en la piscina climatizada. Incluso tenemos una silla alta para pequeños miembros de la familia. Estás a 200 yardas de la playa, a poca distancia de putt putt, y 20 restaurantes diferentes. 2 dormitorios con baño / cocina / sala de estar en el piso superior, y una sala de estar privada con 2 dormitorios y baño en la planta baja también.
    La casa está decorada con buen gusto con temas para cada una de las habitaciones. Esta cabaña decorada con Tommy Bahama tiene mucho para mantenerte ocupado en una tarde lluviosa con rompecabezas, juegos, DVD. Siempre puedes pasar tiempo en la cocina con todos los utensilios de cocina finos y la licuadora para hacer esos Margarita. La piscina climatizada está a solo unos pasos y la playa unos pasos más allá (cabaña ubicada en el lado de la playa). Hay una glorieta en la playa para que todos disfruten mientras se sientan y leen. Los juguetes de playa y las tablas de surf junto con las toallas y sillas de playa hacen que la visita sea más fácil mientras te diriges a la playa de arena blanca durante un par de horas. Todas las camas son colchones nuevos / extra agradables con cómodas sábanas de lino. Incluso sus noches serán recibidas con comodidad. AC tiene un límite de 70 grados, así que si esto es un problema, asegúrese de avisarme antes de reservar. DEBE SER 22 años o más para alquilar.

Great location!! Short walk to pool and beach. House was very comfortable to our family of 7. Lots of restaurants and shops close by. Would stay here again

Very nice place. We especially enjoyed the beach cart for hauling our stuff to the beach including all the beach toys provided for our 2 year old grandaughter to use.The internal stairs are narrow and a bit tricky for young children or elderly. But there are external stairs which are much better. Wish there was a light over the external stairs, Overall we enjoyed our stay and appreciate how quiet the Surfcrest village is.

My family of five (mom, dad, three adult children) and our small dog enjoyed our stay. The beds were very comfortable and house was great for relaxing. The walk to the beach was an easy walk, even with my dog and all our beach gear! The location is very convenient to all restaurants and attractions. We had a few minor issues at the beginning of our stay but the host jumped right on getting them resolved.

This was the perfect place to stay in St.Augustine Beach. Super comfortable beds, great space and games for kids, and right next to a quiet and lovely beach. Great casual restaurant options nearby and plenty to do. We will be back!!

The 2 beds 2 baths per floor worked out well for us.. kitchen had enough of everything and we were very comfortable.

Perfect St. Augustine house close to beach and town

We have stayed multiple times at this location and each time there are minor improvements and touch ups that show the owner really cares. Would recommend this house to anyone who wants to stay in St. Augustine and just relax.

Great beach getaway

This is the sweetest place! It is decorated in a fun beach theme and had everything we needed to be comfortable. Close to the pool and a very short walk to the beach! It's location also makes it easy to travel to tourist and historical places. Our family had a wonderful time staying here!

Stay in the Sunshine

Nice location in Surfcrest Villlage. Home was comfortable, kitchen facilities well-supplied, beds and other furniture very comfy, wi fi worked well, host responsive, lots of beach toys for the grandkids. We all had a good time!

great location and comfortable stay for family

Nice to have easy access to the restaurants and shops at St. Aug Beach, and close to ocean/ gorgeous beach. Would have preferred a heated pool given travel w/ kids - not sure when they heat it if not in December? Very responsive and helpful host.

Great location and beach

This was our first trip to St. Augustine Beach. We loved it. Quiet little town with good restaurants (except The Tides Oyster Co., terrible service and just o.k. food), convenient to grocery stores, just minutes away from Downtown St. Augustine. We enjoyed the house very much. Everything was provided as described and the owner was very friendly and accomodating. Would stay there again for sure. The beach is wonderful and it's not too far away from the house. I enjoy walking and it was really no big deal for me. Driving out on the beach made it easier for others in my group and to get all the chairs and stuff down there. Very nice and clean beach.

House as Described

The house fits 8 people comfortably. The house was clean and nice upon arrival. There are plenty of games to play and a large kitchen table to play them at. The pool is close by, nice and large. The grounds are well maintained. There is a putt putt course very close walkable distance. Nothing against the house or owner but the only real issue we had was getting to the beach. The house sits at the back side of the property. The walk to the boardwalk isn't bad, however there are stairs leading down to the sand which doesnt make it easy to take a beach cart. After exiting the board walk you must cross a sand dune and also cross over a rutted out beach access road to get to the ocean. The road is for 4wd vehicles only and the tire tracks were at least a foot deep while we were there. We never seen them maintain/drag the road the 7 days we were there. This made it extremely hard for smaller kids and our older family members to access and enjoy the beach. Otherwise, a great time was had!

Very disappointed

Not at all like it was depicted in the reviews! We couldn’t tell the last time there were any “upgrades;” everything is worn, not one of the 5 beds were the least bit comfortable; cleanliness is not important, as is evidenced by the buildup from dirty hands on doors and staircase, filthy floors, etc. The air conditioner is governed so it can’t be adjusted, leaving the place damp, to where you could feel the dampness when getting into bed each night; a very uncomfortable feeling. And, as if that wasn’t enough, there was black mold on the ceiling of my bedroom, around the A/C vent, and the place reeked of must every time we walked in the front door. Not a healthy environment. Once again, we were extremely disappointed!

Great home away from home!

Responsive, experienced owner. The house is stocked with all that you need and is just a short walk away from the boardwalk to the beach.
