    Frente al mar directo. Playa bellamente renovada y sin conducción. Pequeño complejo boutique tranquilo de solo 9 unidades, por lo que no hay grandes multitudes. El complejo cuenta con piscina privada, estacionamiento cubierto y ascensor para facilitar el desempaque. El alquiler del condominio en sí está ubicado en el extremo con magníficas vistas del Océano Atlántico desde el momento en que entras. Muebles de buen gusto, ropa de cama y toallas.  Cocina totalmente equipada con todos los utensilios necesarios para preparar la comida. Mucho espacio para reunirse alrededor de la televisión para una noche de cine. El dormitorio principal con hermosas vistas al océano, tiene una cama King y baño principal privado y televisión. El segundo dormitorio tiene dos camas individuales más tv. El tercer dormitorio consta de un sofá cama de tamaño completo para usar cuando sea necesario. Tenga en cuenta que la chimenea del salón es solo decorativa y no funciona.
    Ubicado a poca distancia de muchas tiendas y restaurantes.

     National Geographic califica a Saint Augustine como uno de los diez mejores lugares del mundo para ver las luces navideñas. Durante las Noches de Luces, el distrito histórico de 144 bloques cuadrados centellea con dos millones de bombillas (cada blanco, por ordenanza de la ciudad). Mediados de noviembre hasta finales de enero.

    El centro histórico de San Agustín está a unos cinco kilómetros. Hay campos de golf y el Anfiteatro de San Agustín a menos de tres millas y el muelle marino de St Johns County y el parque Anastasia están a aproximadamente una milla de distancia.

Beautiful beach front condo. Spacious and updated, very nice, and just steps away from the beach. We enjoyed our stay! Parking garage was a little tight with parking but other than that, overall a wonderful condo.

Location Location Location

Excellent location, restaurants within walking distance, short drive into old town. Clean condo, nicely appointed, everythimg you could want (except shampoo and bodywash but a quick trip to WinDixie solved that). Wonderful stay.

Beautiful place with everything we needed for a 7-night stay. Fantastic location. We were able to walk to many restaurants and ice cream shops. We also really enjoyed the pool because we were able to have it all to ourselves every time we used it! We would stay again!

We had the best time & absolutely loved this condo. Super clean & loved being right on the beach. Quiet area with access to tons of restaurants! We can’t wait to be back!

Beautiful Beach Condo. Absolutely Loved it!!

Visited our daughter who attends Flagler. We enjoyed the Beach the pool A sunset Catamaran cruise and Many fantastic restaurants. Don’t really want to leave but we will be back soon(:

Steps from the beach!

Condo was beautifully decorated, comfortable beds, nice/equipped kitchen (no coffee pot, only a Keurig coffee maker...). Best part was beach access of course, but what a wonderful place to stay on St Augustine Beach!

Perfect in every way

This place is perfect: beautifully decorated and all new, steps from beach, cute pool and a short drive to town. Would definitely book again. We were 3 ladies taking a little break from work and life!

Relaxing vacation

The condo is as beautiful as it looks online. We watched lightening over the ocean, picked seashells, and enjoyed the pool. We've never been to St. Augustine Beach before this trip but definitely plan to return.

Absolutely Gorgeous Condo!! We couldn’t have been happier. The weather did not cooperate but the view of the Ocean was magnificent.

This condo is clean and open with ocean views. New appliances, countertops and bathroom fixtures felt luxurious. Towels, bedding, dishes and glasses were all quite nice.

Family oriented

Beautiful condo in a great location. Perfect for a family with single set of adults. Outside of the master suite (which is amazing) the rooms/sleeping arrangements are more child oriented. Adults staying in the two guest rooms may find the beds/couch a little lacking.

Great Location

The owner of this property thought of everything to make this stay better. The house was walkable to shopping and restuarants and more important ice cream for the kids :) The unit was decorated very well and really clean with direct ocean views from master and main living space. We will make this unit a regular stop for us at the beach. Reed Family

Great Location

Wonderful location! The property was very clean, and had everything we needed. Our suggestions would to get better pillows, and nicer mattresses in the twin bed room as they were both very thin. Also, we heard the person above us several times from 10pm-4am...and that was very annoying. However, we're not sure there's much they can do to fix that issue. Overall, it was a great place and we would defiantly recommend it.

Great Getaway

Loved everything about this property with the exception of it being directly below another unit where we could hear the folks above us walk. It was bizarre to not hear them speak but, every time they took a step, we knew it.

Great Place, Great Location

Beautiful condo in a great location. Huge beach, by far the largest we've seen in depth. Although a bottom unit it sits above the parking deck so views of the ocean are not obscured. The Unit is large with a nice patio. Well furnished with ample seating, kitchen fully equipped, a/c works great, washer/dryer as well. Also an abundance of towels, beach chairs, and 4 TV's. Only negative is they are in need of a new can opener. Both the manual and electric are poor. Exterior: covered parking is a huge asset and is well lit at night. Only negative is that a luggage cart is desperately needed. The elevator does not work well if the doors are propped open even for a few seconds, so a cart would be a welcome addition. Swimming pool is small but nice. Only 2 reclining pool chairs, more needed although we didn't encounter anyone at the pool due to poor weather. Pool was also in need of cleaning. We were there for 9 days and the pool needed attention as well as the shrubs around it. They have an abundance of outside trash and recycle cans, but we did not see a sign or note about which cans are for trash and which are for recycling. My negatives do not detract from a 5 star rating, they're simple fixes that would make the place perfect. Otherwise, great place to stay.
