Every corner of the house exudes the charm of a traditional manor adorned with authentic estate-style furnishings and decor. Wood floors grace the entire home, creating an elegant and timeless ambiance. Step into the past and experience the essence of the nation's oldest city in this contemporary abode. Our three covered porches offer tranquil spots to enjoy a cup of coffee, engage in conversations, and listen to the rhythmic clip-clop of passing carriages. Bring the whole family and indulge in everything St. Augustine has to offer, with the historic district just a three-block walk away. Explore the charming shops, savor the local cuisine at restaurants, and relish the entertainment options available. To enhance your exploration, you can rent bikes from Drifters Rentals and have them conveniently delivered to your doorstep.

And with the trolley stop just steps from the front door, you’ll have a stress-free way to reach St. Augustine’s top attractions without the hassle.

The highlights of the home:

- The main level sitting area features comfortable seating surrounding the fireplace, timeless decor, and a tabletop checkers game.

- The upper-level sitting room features plush sofas and a flat-screen TV that creates a wonderful place to spend quality downtime.

- A magazine-worthy, fully-equipped kitchen that’s outfitted with everything you’d need to enjoy a meal at home, plus a dishwasher to make clean-ups fast and easy. We’ve also included a Keurig coffee maker to help you get your day started.

- A kitchen island with 2 chairs to sit down while doing meal prep or hanging out with the designated cook. It can serve as a laptop-friendly workspace if needed.

- There’s a more formal dining table that can accommodate up to 8 guests.

- 4 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, and 2 half baths to accommodate 12 guests as such:

Please don’t park on the street in front of the driveway. There's room for three cars. One inside the garage and two in the driveway. Any more cars need to park on the street away from the house and where there's room. Be cognizant of people's driveways and street access from driveways on both sides of the very narrow street when determining where to park.

Baby equipment is available for a fee.

Guests must climb stairs.

We provide some home/bath essentials like basic soap, shampoo, conditioner, and toilet paper. Some cleaning supplies, such as dish soap, dishwasher pods, laundry detergent, paper towels, and trash bags, are provided. Keep in mind these items are not replenished.

There is a welcome sheet inside with further instructions, including WiFi details.

Guests may need to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation and/or upon arrival.

A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in, subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.

For reservations of 25 nights or more, a mandatory maintenance check will be conducted to ensure the property remains in excellent condition during your stay. This check will typically take place 1.5 to 2 weeks after your arrival.
We will coordinate the specific timing of this visit with you to ensure minimal disruption and accommodate your schedule. Please note that access to the property for this maintenance check requires prior authorization.

A mandatory $100 cleaning is required every two weeks for stays longer than 28 days.

HOUSE RULES
- Travelers must be at least 25 years of age or older to book.
- No smoking of any kind (tobacco or cannabis) is allowed inside the unit or near open windows, and the use of any recreational drugs at the property is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $300 penalty.
- No parties/events are allowed, illegal activity is prohibited, and excessive noise will not be tolerated. No loud music after 10 pm. Please be respectful of the neighbors.
- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed. Visitors are ok as long as they don’t stay overnight.
- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or extra-cleaning charges if needed after their stay.
- Renters may be required to provide a government ID on the day of check-in or anytime during their stay.
- Pets are not allowed.
- Kindly check all drawers, cabinets, closets, and under the beds. Please make sure you do not leave anything behind. We do not ship belongings to guests after check-out. No exceptions.

This is self-check-in property. Check-in information and all necessary codes will be provided within 24 hours of arrival.
