  • Este condominio con vista al mar es uno de los alquileres más deseables con la ubicación de la unidad final de la planta baja. La unidad está literalmente a unos pasos de la piscina y la playa. Ha sido bellamente actualizado y decorado con la comodidad de los huéspedes en mente. Hay dos dormitorios y dos baños completos con muebles nuevos, que incluyen colchones lujosos de primera línea (uno king y dos gemelos), un nuevo sofá cama queen, una gran mesa de cultivo con capacidad para seis, tres televisores de pantalla plana, reproductor de DVD, y un Wi-Fi seguro de Comcast. Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Beautiful inside furnishings. The beds were great.All open inside so it had plenty of room to eat and walk around. Will be staying in this condo next year also.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Beautiful apartment. We love staying here. We have stayed in this unit for almost 30 years. My only complaint is for the last 2 to 3 years in a row. The ice maker has been broken. This should be repaired.

A Month at Summerhouse.......

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Wonderful April stay at summerhouse. The unit was so very clean andwell equipped with any appliance etc that would be needed. Pool was sowell maintained and clean and the water temp was perfect. Also thevery short walk to the wonderful beach was such a bonus. Situated close to so many restaurants and activities. Such a great month!!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our stay at SH 449 very much. Nice furnishings, well stocked kitchen, updated bathrooms and good location. Unfortunately, though, the ice maker did not work.

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very unhappy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Location was nice, I did not realize the too many steps down to the beach. Clean beach/pool. Office staff was helpful but not too friendly. TV remote did not work but it was fixed promptly by a very nice maintenance guy who is from Massachusetts! Condo was lovely. But Wi-Fi password was not found, had to contact office twice until it was finally located on a paper in a drawer the next day.I left with over dozen bugs bites, not sure if from inside the unit or outside. I am still using anti-itch cream. Will prob not stay there in the future, Uber expensive compared to other condos of same size and location. And it was so far from the stores, restaurants entertainment etc.
