Wake up to the sounds of ocean waves and rustling palms at this two-bedroom condo in the St. Augustine Beach & Tennis Condominiums, where the beach is practically outside your door, Fiesta Falls Miniature Golf is two miles away, and the historic heart of St. Augustine is only a few miles north.

This oceanfront resort enjoys a world-class setting, with a wide stretch of beach just across the dune walkover. There are also two oceanfront pools, 10 lighted tennis courts, a fitness center, and a grilling area on the grounds for your enjoyment. If you're hoping to explore the oldest city in America, the St. Augustine Historic District is just over six miles north.

As you enter this second-floor condo, you'll be greeted by central AC, high-speed WiFi, and a view of the ocean from the balcony beyond the sliding glass doors. The main living areas are open to each other, including a well-equipped kitchen, a dining space, and a living room with leather seating and a smart TV. Additional amenities include a primary bedroom with its own smart TV and direct access to the balcony.

The unit provided a peek a boo of the ocean, which was due to palm trees. The view was nice, just not ocean front. The furniture is in desperate need of updating. Sofa, chair very uncomfortable. Outdoor chairs need to be updated as well. Chairs with table would be nice for the balcony. There is no key to the place, so hope the coded door lock doesn't die like mine did. Couldn't leave for hours until replaced. Had to call Vacasa numerous times about lock. When calling they are clueless. Finally asked for a property manager to come out.

Clean and comfortable, overall. Living room furniture was cracked and worn - needs to be replaced. Storm door piston was broken. One broken blind in the Master Bedroom. Overall, it was a really enjoyable stay in a clean and cozy condo at the beach.

Not bad, when dry. Some flooding issues in lot observed. Makes it more like a 3.5 stars.

I did like the unit for the most part. Worked well. Parents were a couple doors down. Observed same issue on ceiling vents that someone else did months earlier. need to be removed and cleaned. no key to the place, so hope the coded door lock doesn't die like mine did. Couldn't leave for hours until replaced. Friendly property manager, but would have been nice to not to have gone through that. Seems to be some maintenance needs at this facility. Malfunctioning fire alarms, elevator out of service, pool floor looked rusty and green. I can get by those individually. Huge drainage issue at this facility which flooded the parking lot. Pumps were in place when we arrived on a couple dry days. We found out why after. Rained a bunch, and everyone around the neighborhood drained it away. 4 to 6 inches in parking lot at times Really tough on managing elderly handicapped parents in and out, as well as keeping the 3 month old safe wading back and forth to the car. Parked off site and had to avoid driving in lot. A no wake zone. Had to jump fence to stay fairly dry. Now we know why there were boats in the parking lot. Hope they get it fixed.

Quiet and relaxing

The property is in a great location. The condo was clean and neat. I would recommend bringing your own pillows. Only 4 in total. When we arrived construction had been done on the kitchen and they did not clean any of the dishes. Everything was covered in construction debris. Someone was on property the next day and completely cleaned the entire kitchen. Service was fast but this was very frustrating. Later that evening the oven did t work. Thankful my husband found the fuse box to flip the switch. We didn’t hear from management for two days about it… that would have been terrible if we hadn’t been able to use. We enjoyed that the condo is on the quieter side of the complex. It was a great location and overall a good stay. The second pool was down the entire week so the only pool was crowded. The next upgrade should be the beds. Not the worst but definitely not comfortable.

Great property, management (Vacasa) not so much.

Everything concerning the condo was fine. (The living room couch and loveseat were old and uncomfortable)We would rent it again. However, we were given the wrong door codes by Vacasa and it took two hours to get it straightened out. Three phone calls and on the third an agent whose real name begins with a "Z" (Zebeeda?) gave us a door code that worked. The first two agents were clueless and basically couldn't help. The heavy accents they had made it even more difficult. I was not happy, but again the condo was fine. It was a great development and everyone was friendly and helpful.

Great stay but very firm bed

The condo was clean and beautiful. There is a long boardwalk from the property across the dunes to the beach. Only thing we didn't like was the king size bed, it was extra firm and for me a little uncomfortable. Overall great place central to all activities and there were a ton of local restaurants nearby.

Beach base camp

We used this little hideaway as a base camp while supporting a family member who lived in the area. It was a quiet and relaxing getaway from the issues we were dealing with. Great beach access and amenities, local to so many interesting places and activities that we would have enjoyed under better circumstances.

Location, location, location!

Overall, fabulous location and property. Unit could use a deep clean though (air ducts plugged with dust and when we stripped beds as requested mattress covers were not the cleanest). Kitchen is lacking baking and cooking dishes so if you plan on preparing your own meals you might want to bring some of your.

Really enjoyed our stay!

The property was as advertised, clean and convenient. View from the balcony was beautiful with a peaceful setting. Walk to the beach was about 2 minutes through the property. Residents were very friendly. Will definitely return!
