  • Pro Photos Coming in June- Newly built spacious and modern luxury home!Three master suites, with four king size beds, plus a bunk room make it a great experience for 2-3 families.

    A private entrance to a very special and secluded beach is just 10 houses down. An easy short walk with the stocked provided beach cart.

    Outdoor living with a 10 X 20 heated pool, 5x7 spa, pool bar with TV, and plenty of seating. A perfect place to relax after a day at the beach. *Spa coming 6/27.

    The space

    This is our third Vacation Rental and we finished construction in May 2025. We designed this house to be a rental. we didn’t convert an old house. It has three master suites all with king-size beds, plus another bedroom with a king size bed, plus a bunk room for the children. This house is meant to comfortably sleep 12 guest and includes a chef‘s kitchen with a gas stove, wall oven and microwave combo, high-end knives and any cooking utensil you need. There is a living room downstairs with a 65 inch TV along with the bonus room upstairs in the loft with the 55 inch TV. The best part of the part of the property is the beach private secluded beach which is a three minute walk, with the included beach cart. Once you return from the beach take a shower in the outside shower and dip your toes in the heated pool and spa, or hang by the outside pool bar with a TV. We hope you come to stay with us! We’re right down the road and know the area well and respond promptly to our guests.

Beautiful Home

This house was perfect for our family! We had older teens, young twenties, older adults and one infant. The layout of the house with the multiple master suites was nice. Everyone had their own space and there were plenty of bathrooms. The pool, hot tub and outside tv was a nice perk. Very convenient location that was close to the grocery store and short walk to the beach. Host was available and responded to any questions. This is a brand new home with so many beautiful upgrades. It has an open floor plan in kitchen and living room so everyone can hang out together. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook some meals there, and the king-size beds were so comfortable. We loved it!

A Great House for Two Families — Highly RecommendWe had a wonderful stay and would absolutely book this house again. The location is hard to beat — just a short distance from the beach and right near Aunt Kate's, which was perfect for our group. The house itself is clean, modern, and well-maintained, and the neighborhood is quiet and family-friendly. The real highlight for our crew was the pool area. The pool bar with a TV was a huge hit with the kids and dads alike, and the upstairs living area gave the kids their own space to hang out. The layout works especially well for two families splitting the rental — there's enough room that everyone had their own space without feeling cramped.A couple of things to be aware of going in: the kitchen is on the sparse side. The basics are covered, but plan to make a grocery run for spices, condiments, and other kitchen staples you'd normally expect to find stocked (tupperware, large pots and pans). Outdoor seating and shade are also somewhat limited, and the pool is on the smaller side — though that didn't stop anyone from enjoying it. The 4 beach chairs were on the small side, but worked. One thing that stood out was how responsive the rental company was. When we had an issue with the pool heater, they were on it quickly — great customer service.Overall, a clean, well-located property that's ideal for a multi-family trip.
