1st/ground Floor:
With a separate entrance, this home is perfect for multiple families. The ground level is the 1st master queen bed, 1 bath, and a living room with a kitchenette (fridge, sink, microwave), the living space has a 65 inch TV that is wall mounted and can be titled out facing the pool area. The space also has a sliding glass door and large window facing the pool. A queen bed located in the bedroom, the living room has a pull out queen sofa sleeper and an ottoman that converts into a twin bed.

2nd Floor:
The 2nd level has a spacious, fully-stocked kitchen, double ovens, microwave, fridge, bar seating, and two sink areas. There is a formal dining room just off the kitchen that offers seating for six and an outdoor dining table on the 2nd floor deck. The 2nd floor living area is equipped with a 65 inch Roku TV, two full size couches and two chairs. Plenty of space for everyone to relax after a day at the beach.

3rd Floor:
The 3rd level has a large master suite with a king bed, Roku TV, soaker tub for two, shower, double sinks, and separate toilet room. The 2nd master suite also has sliding glass doors out to the third level deck with breathtaking views. The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed, ocean view and sliding glass door to deck. The 3rd bedroom has a queen bed with a full bathroom attached. Full laundry room also located on this floor.

Outdoor Area:
The property has a tree swing, large partially fenced yard, and to top it all off the beach is just across the street! Grill up your fresh catch under the covered patio. The pool has a Shamu shelf (shallow water 4x12 that is 1ft deep), pool lights, string lights under the deck and around the pool that are on a timer from 7:00-10:00. It lights ups the space and looks magical. The Palms is where memories happen and quality time is spent.

We had a fantastic stay! The house was just a block from the beach and only a quick Uber ride to downtown St. Augustine. Plus, it was conveniently located about half a mile from Publix — definitely a nice bonus. The home itself was spacious and comfortable. I especially appreciated that the pool lights and heater were on a timer — such a nice touch!The only small hiccup was with the listing description. We were expecting three queen beds and a king plus a Murphy bed, but it actually had one king, two queens, and a Murphy bed. Luckily, there was also a pull-out sofa, so it all worked out just fine.Tamara, our contact, was absolutely amazing — super responsive and easy to communicate with. Highly, highly recommend this place!

Annual sibs week for us old people. Beach walks and pool were the high points. Other pluses were Caps for dinner, old town tour, and the open living area. Traffic noise a little irritating and a fussy lower level AC.

Nice property close to the beach. The pool was wonderful. This property is close to all the attractions of St. Augustin. The property manger was on top of things. We would rent it again if we are in the area.

Beach vacation

We loved our stay here! The house was perfect for our group of 10! We loved the area, just across the street from the beach and a quick drive into St.Augustine! We enjoyed longing and playing in the pool after beach days! Most definitely would stay here again!

Amazing House

This was our favorite house we have ever rented on VRBO. The house was very spacious. It was clean and fully stocked, they even provided pool towels. I loved how big the yard was and I could watch the sunrise from the top porch. Other things I loved about the house, They provided games, pool floats, beach chairs and a wagon. The public beach access was across the street. I give this house a 10 / 10.

Perfect space and location!

My husband and I went with our 4 adult children and 3 grandchildren, ages 1-3. The house had the perfect amount of space for all of us. The high hair was very helpful. The safety gates for the stairs and iron fence surrounding the pool were pluses with the little ones, as well as the fenced, large yard. The driveway is open so not 100% enclosed but lots of grassy space with a tree swing and small, toddler slide. The pool storage box has some floatation noodles and vests as well as toys for the kids. Kitchen well stocked for our meals. Things to note: the master bedroom upstairs has en-suite bath and one queen bedroom upstairs has an en-suite bath but the third queen room has no bath unless they go through another bedroom to access it. There is a half bath right at the bottom of the stairs though, if needed. The 4th bedroom/in-law suite is only accessible from outdoors. No access within the main house. These things would not deter us from renting again. Just things that we didn’t expect. The park is about 4 houses down the street and has a wonderful play area and the public beach parking/access is across the street and down a block. No sidewalks on the busy street but can easily cut down side streets in the neighborhood and come out directly across from the access area. Beautiful beach and not crowded. We look forward to staying here again!

Great beach retreat

Our family enjoyed our stay at The Palms! The house and pool were well-equipped and made our time comfortable. Replacing the worn-out plastic porch chairs, upgrading the beach/pool towels and bed pillows, & equipping the separate downstairs apartment with central HVAC would be assets.

Perfect place for family for vacation!!

If you’re looking for a vacation at the beach WITH a pool AND a golf cart? Look no further!!! This was a perfect place for our family of 5 but this VRBO rental can sleep 10. This is a FULL size house PLUS an in law suite downstairs (separate entrance). This house was fully furnished with everything you might need including all the appliances and an outdoor grill. The owners and the property manager do a great job maintaining this property. We had no issues at all but if we had, the property manager Tamara was just a phone call away. We treated this place as if it were our own and with how clean and well appointed it was, we were motivated to leave it even in the same condition as we found it. I wish I could say we were a paid endorser of this property but we are not. We are just very pleased with what we found and are seriously considering coming back for another trip. Tamara the property manager was in contact with us well before the trip and stayed in contact with us to make sure everything was the way we wanted it. It was more than we could have even expected. Thank you Tamara. You were amazing. Seriously folks - if you’re taking a trip to the St. Augustine coast of Florida - this place is it!!!! We will be back!!!

Vilano Beach House

Our family really enjoyed our time at the Palms beach house! The close proximity to the beach, just across the street (4 minute walk) was great and then hang by the pool in the afternoon, made our days fun and relaxing!

Communication was simple and easy. Everything was great! We enjoyed the pool just about every day/evening, especially my grandchildren. Easy walk to the beach. We very much enjoyed our time at the Palms! Our family had a wonderful visit. Would definitely return🌴.
