Vilano101 es el lugar perfecto para acceder fácilmente a la playa y al histórico San Agustín. Recién amueblado (todo es nuevo) y actualizado con un enorme patio de .42 acres al otro lado de la calle del océano. Esta casa de 3 pisos tiene una entrada separada al nivel del suelo, por lo que es ideal para que varias familias compartan la casa. El nivel del suelo es de 1 cama, 1 baño y una sala de estar con cocina americana (nevera, fregadero, microondas), la sala de estar tiene un televisor de 65 pulgadas. El dormitorio del primer piso tiene una cama queen y la sala de estar tiene un sofá cama queen.
En el segundo nivel, la gran cocina está completamente equipada con artículos de cocina para asegurarse de que la comida sea una parte memorable de su estadía, o pídala o salga a uno de los más de 500 restaurantes cercanos. El bar tiene capacidad para cuatro.
El comedor junto a la cocina ofrece asientos para seis. La es una mesa adicional con 4 sillas ubicadas en la cubierta del segundo piso.
La sala de estar del segundo piso está equipada con un televisor roku de 65 pulgadas, dos sofás y dos sillas. Mucho espacio para que todos se relajen después de un día en la playa.
El 3er nivel tiene una gran suite principal con una cama King, TV, bañera extra grande, ducha separada y espectaculares vistas al océano. La segunda cama con una reina con vista al mar, y una tercera con una cama doble en litera completa.
*** El acceso al Serenata Beach Club está a 3 millas de distancia y requiere una tarifa semanal adicional de $ 300 pagada al club de playa.

This was our favorite house we have ever rented on VRBO. The house was very spacious. It was clean and fully stocked, they even provided pool towels. I loved how big the yard was and I could watch the sunrise from the top porch. Other things I loved about the house, They provided games, pool floats, beach chairs and a wagon. The public beach access was across the street. I give this house a 10 / 10.

We really enjoyed our stay this house is just perfect. It was so comfortable and clean and the heated pool was wonderful . A five minute walk from the beach . The house is really nicely decorated and has all modern appliances and facilities we will definetly be staying there again thank you

My husband and I went with our 4 adult children and 3 grandchildren, ages 1-3. The house had the perfect amount of space for all of us. The high hair was very helpful. The safety gates for the stairs and iron fence surrounding the pool were pluses with the little ones, as well as the fenced, large yard. The driveway is open so not 100% enclosed but lots of grassy space with a tree swing and small, toddler slide. The pool storage box has some floatation noodles and vests as well as toys for the kids. Kitchen well stocked for our meals. Things to note: the master bedroom upstairs has en-suite bath and one queen bedroom upstairs has an en-suite bath but the third queen room has no bath unless they go through another bedroom to access it. There is a half bath right at the bottom of the stairs though, if needed. The 4th bedroom/in-law suite is only accessible from outdoors. No access within the main house. These things would not deter us from renting again. Just things that we didn’t expect. The park is about 4 houses down the street and has a wonderful play area and the public beach parking/access is across the street and down a block. No sidewalks on the busy street but can easily cut down side streets in the neighborhood and come out directly across from the access area. Beautiful beach and not crowded. We look forward to staying here again!

Our family enjoyed our stay at The Palms! The house and pool were well-equipped and made our time comfortable. Replacing the worn-out plastic porch chairs, upgrading the beach/pool towels and bed pillows, & equipping the separate downstairs apartment with central HVAC would be assets.

If you’re looking for a vacation at the beach WITH a pool AND a golf cart? Look no further!!! This was a perfect place for our family of 5 but this VRBO rental can sleep 10. This is a FULL size house PLUS an in law suite downstairs (separate entrance). This house was fully furnished with everything you might need including all the appliances and an outdoor grill. The owners and the property manager do a great job maintaining this property. We had no issues at all but if we had, the property manager Tamara was just a phone call away. We treated this place as if it were our own and with how clean and well appointed it was, we were motivated to leave it even in the same condition as we found it. I wish I could say we were a paid endorser of this property but we are not. We are just very pleased with what we found and are seriously considering coming back for another trip. Tamara the property manager was in contact with us well before the trip and stayed in contact with us to make sure everything was the way we wanted it. It was more than we could have even expected. Thank you Tamara. You were amazing. Seriously folks - if you’re taking a trip to the St. Augustine coast of Florida - this place is it!!!! We will be back!!!

Our family really enjoyed our time at the Palms beach house! The close proximity to the beach, just across the street (4 minute walk) was great and then hang by the pool in the afternoon, made our days fun and relaxing!

Very nice property. Lovely house. Great heated pool with nice lighting for evening swimming. Well stocked kitchen. Nice bath and beach towels. Not far from historic downtown St. Augustine which is a super neat place to visit. Adam and Tamara are wonderful!

We enjoyed every minute of our stay at Vilano101. Lots of room for several families, fully equipped kitchen, lovely pool. There was a problem with the air conditioning, but when I notified the property manager, it was repaired within a couple of hours, so no problem. They even brought an umbrella for the pool area. We will definitely be back!

This is an awesome beach house for a large family. We had 7 adults and 5 kids ranging from 4 months to 15 years old. Everyone had their own space and the common areas were spacious and comfortable. The house is well maintained and very nicely furnished. The house is just across the street from a great beach access which is super convenient. We were a short 5 minute drive from historic downtown St. Augustine. There were several restaurants in close proximity. The pool area was great and our family really enjoyed it. The property manager was fantastic and very responsive. We will stay at this location again in the future.

We met our family from Miami and SC with 4 kids for the week. We had a great time!!! The pool was a huge hit! The separate accommodations for Grandma and Grandpa was a winner. We had a couple challenges with the washing machine and refrigerator but Tamara was super available and had quick solutions! Wish there was a larger dining table so could have all eaten together, but instead we put the kids at the counter top in the kitchen and they were fine with that! Would definitely stay here again!

Our extended family had a great week at “The Palms”. We were 8 adults and 3 children (4 and under.) We were there for 4th of July and some of us stayed back at the house with the baby during the fireworks. We were able to sit out on the top floor deck and see the fireworks in the distance without the crowds. It was lovely. The pool was very nice. There were ample pool towels and toys and floats to use. The water was warm from the sun and the record heat, but that made swimming super nice at night. The beds were comfy, the kitchen well stocked with dishes and appliances. There were even baby gates, children-safe cups & utensils, a high chair and pack-n-play. We had a small problem with the fridge and Tamara was very helpful in figuring out a solution for us, despite the lack of repairmen available on the holiday. The beach is right across the road and the little ones loved it. There’s a beach wagon to take all the stuff to the beach in. The tub in the main bathroom was huge and comfy. All the balconies were awesome. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Highly recommend.

We had a wonderful time. The Palms was super nice. Pool was clean, temperature was perfect. House was roomy with all the essentials. Very well stocked kitchen. The only thing I wasn’t crazy about was having to walk along A1A to get to the beach. Felt dangerous so we drove across the street with my 9 month old granddaughter. If you are looking to visit St. Augustine I highly recommend this house. Tamara always got back to us right away, as well as Anne the property manager.
