Ground Floor Condo Oceanfront Complex Hot Tub & Pools steps away

You will enjoy our beautiful, fully furnished 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condo (unit 1104) that is just a short walk through the resort’s parking lot to the beach. There is a hot tub right outside the front door and the unit is just steps from the large pool. Beach towels and chairs are provided in our unit for your use, so just pack your bags & come enjoy our beach condo home!

Our oceanfront complex offers great amenities: 5 hot tubs, 2 pools (one heated), tennis courts, fishing ponds, shuffle board, our boardwalk with direct beach access and no steps to the beach and 24 hour security. Our unit is located directly across from the main pool at the front of the complex. This is at the opposite end of the boardwalk which is just a short walk across the parking lot.

Historic St. Augustine is just a few minutes away, where you can explore our nation’s oldest city. Some of the areas finest restaurants are just around the corner, as are supermarkets, souvenir shops, and everything else you’ll need to make your St. Augustine vacation a success. The sportsmen will love the options for fishing and golfing that the area provides.

The cleaning fee now includes the resort fee which covers the parking for up to two vehicles. Parking passes will be provided at the guard house at check in and car info (make, model, tag) needs ti be provided to me a few days prior to arrival. If it’s a rental vehicle, just let me know and the guard will get the vehicle information at check in. Maximum of six guests allowed to stay in any unit on the resort.
**Must be AT LEAST 23 years old to rent per Resort rules.**
**No pets are allowed. No exceptions, per Resort rules.**

Cleanliness poor

Perfect location. Wonderful pool and access to the beach. The unit was dirty with a musty odor. Very dated kitchen. Had to clean most dishes, purchase baking soda, cleaning applies, and candles in order to remove odor. Owner notified.

2024 Beach Break

Our stay was very enjoyable. This condo is extremely convenient to everything on the island. The pool is so large, it never felt crowded. Access to the beach was fine. I thought we'd be able to see the ocean from our room, but couldn't. We'd stay here again.

Great location, but needs a cleaning

The condo’s location and check in were great. However, the whole place needs a good cleaning. The kitchen cabinets were overflowing with items, many of which had visible food residue. I made a pile of clean dishes that we kept separate to use during our stay. The main surfaces were clean, but the whole place could use a good dusting. The bath towels and linens could really use replacing. The beds were comfortable enough, not great. The cost and location of the unit mostly made up for the condition of the condo.

Everything was good except two things. 1. There was a musty smell that can’t be ignored. 2. Unit could use a deep cleaning. Top of the fridge and baseboards were dusty. We had a small problem on arrival and owner was very responsive. Thank You!

Family beach trip

The owner Kenny was great about communicating with us and even offered us a late check out. The place is in a great location and the resort has wonderful amenities. It was a family trip and we had a wonderful stay. Spent most of our time hanging out on the beach. We did bring our bikes and biked to restaurants in the area and to the pier for fishing. Note that you cannot ride bikes in the resort but we just walked them out and it wasn’t a problem. It’s a great area for bike riding and is bike friendly. Thank you Kenny for a wonderful stay!

Clean well stocked condo.

We really enjoyed our stay. If you’re reading this and trying to decide and you don’t need ocean front this is a very nice clean property with everything you need. Its about the distance of one city block from the beach but on the beach side of the street; you only need to walk through the parking lot to get to the beach.

A wonderful vacation.

The spot is ideal for the strip there in St. Augustine and for those who want to sight see. The access to the beach and pool were fantastic. The property manager was helpful in all questions and needs.

Very comfortable stay.

We enjoyed the location and the condo was quite comfortable. We would have liked a few more towels and maybe some rugs in bedrooms, and bath mats in bathrooms, but other than that, it was great!

Old but clean

The property was playing. It is my understanding that the property has only been purchased a short time before. Because of that many of the furnishings were old. But the condo was clean, the hot tub was wonderful, and the beach was great. We certainly enjoyed our stay in St Augustine.

Great Stay

We had a great stay at the property. Some visitors stayed up late one night in the hot tub and kept my girls awake. They did leave at the posted closing time, so that was good. The walk to the beach is long, but everything about the place is nice.

Older condo

We had a good stay here but it does need some upgrades. The furniture was older and appliances need updating. The television in the living room was difficult to see and hard to get turned on. The beds were semi-comfortable for our short stay. The towels and wash clothes had several stains on them that did not look clean and the dryer had tape on the door to keep it closed. It's a good price for the money but could use some modifications.
