Enjoy a great experience at this centrally-located 2 bedroom/1 bathroom charming bungalow. This stylish place is close to must-see destinations and you can walk to downtown just 2 blocks away and explore over 500 restaurants and shops.



Both rooms have the most comfortable beds, linens & pillows. Complementary are Netflix, a coffee/ tea bar, all shampoo, conditioner and wash. Full kitchen has cookwares, oil & spices. Enjoy the spacious & comfortable deck at sunrise or sunset

Cute living room with sofa bed and chairs with a 50” TV & complementary Netflix. Plush Queen beds with 40” tv in bedrooms with complementary Netflix. Bathroom with shower and shampoo, conditioner and wash. Stocked coffee, tea, hot chocolate and full kitchen with all cooking basics.



Entire apartment and private deck along with full parking area in back of house.

Our reservation said our unit was upstairs but failed to mention it was up a steep flight of stairs. Upon entering the unit, the smoke detector was detached and hanging from the ceiling. The ceiling fans were all on high and it was quite chilly. We could not find a heater and there was no note or instructions. So, we contacted the host via the app as she requested. After waiting 15 minutes, we emailed and then called. We finally received a message 20 minutes later telling us there were heaters in the unit. By this time, we had secured another place to stay as it was holiday time and most places were full. We couldn't wait for an answer and there was no way we were getting our luggage up those steep stairs anyway. We are sorry this did not work out. We have never had an issue like this before when renting through Vrbo. :(

This was the perfect place to stay. Super close to everything. Plenty of things to do within walking distance. This was an upstairs apartment. Bedrooms were nice and comfortable. Only tip I have for future guests is the shower hot and cold waters are opposite. Otherwise this was perfect and we’d love to stay here again

Walking distance to historic district

We found the apartment to be sufficient for a one night stay for four adults. The space is small as described, but the kitchen is very thoughtfully appointed with coffee, cream and sugar, a great selection of spices and other items for cooking. The owners were onsite and very welcoming.

Our one night stay

We just came up for a night, but the night was nice. We were on the second floor. If you have younger children under 2 (maybe) I would suggest asking for the 1st floor. Stairs can be too steep. Overall, great stay!

Not for someone with limited mobility

I sent communication to the property owner, ensuring that he knew that my parents had limited mobility. When we arrived, there was a very narrow Rickty staircase going up to the second floor that we could not get my mom up safely. I think it should be noted in the listing that you have to really be young and fit to rent that unit.

Lovely weekend rental

This was a lovely 2bedroom/1bath rental and perfect for a weekend getaway. Within walking distance to great St. Augustine sites and the owners were very responsive, helpful, and attentive. The sheets and beds were very comfortable, and the kitchen had all the amenities we needed. Quite a few stairs to walk up from the parking lot, but this allowed for lovely neighborhood views. Plenty of TVs and a lovely outside balcony to enjoy.

Just an overnight trip to see the Christmas lights and St. Augustine. Short stay but this place was nice, location was great , walked everywhere and hosts were very accommodating with the free parking which we appreciated. I would stay here again. Thank you.

Easy walk to downtown

I've been to St. Augustine several times and loved this location. Great parking in the back of the unit and an easy walk to the main attractions of St. Augustine.
