Very comfortable house with lots of kitchen space, living space, and bedroom space for our family trip to the beach. Everything was exactly as advertised. This is our third year staying at a property with these hosts and we have enjoyed it each year.

This is the second time I’ve rented in this area. The condo is very nice and private. The neighborhood is dog friendly and quiet, with many good restaurants nearby. I’d definitely stay here again!

This property was perfect, especially for a “fisherman's widow.” While my husband fished, I kept busy with easy access to the beach and great places to eat within walking distance. Our hosts were accommodating, quick to respond and made our stay most welcoming.

Property was in an great location with easy walking access to St. Augustine Beach. Loved the quiet and friendly neighborhood. Extremely clean with comfortable beds. Everything that you needed was in the rental including beach chairs, beach umbrella and beach toys. The covered porch was a nice retreat for morning coffee or family gathering. Local restaurants had good food and a grocery store within a couple of miles. Communication with host was easy. Would absolutely rent again. There is also a separate unit downstairs with same host it more space is needed for additional friends or family. Excellent experience!

This was a great little spot to stay. We could have parked our car for the weekend and walked just about anywhere we needed or wanted to. Great location.Well kept.Would stay again.

Wonderful Stay – Highly Recommend!We had a fantastic time here, again! The apartment had everything we needed and was super clean and comfortable. The beach and restaurants were all just a short walk away, which made our stay really easy and relaxing.We loved it so much we’re already planning to come back next year!

Our family loved staying here! The king sized beds were comfy. The kitchen was large and well stocked, and there were two grocery stores just a few minutes away. The AC was strong. The porch was nicely furnished and we enjoyed watching an afternoon thunderstorm roll through from it. Having a washer and dryer was a lifesaver for beach laundry. Speaking of the beach, the walk there was quick and pleasant. We also chose this place because it was close to our kid’s surf camp, which worked out perfectly. People we saw on our walks were all friendly and we felt very safe. The hosts were quick to reply and very kind. We would love to stay here again!

The place was perfect! Very clean with lots of closet/storage space. Great front porch. Easy access to the beach (2 public access points).Plenty of amenities easily accessible (chairs, towels, etc). It was a safe & quiet neighborhood - perfect for dog walks & beach access for the pup to play! Everyone was very friendly. This was the perfect getaway for the two of us and our golden retriever! We hope to back soon!

Great beach house

Great location, close to restaurants, bars and shops. Cute beach house had all of the essentials including beach chairs, beach towels and plenty of parking. Will definitely stay again.
