We love our neighbors and are in a residential neighborhood and ask that our guests respect a quiet time between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
We have off-street parking at the side of the house for 2 cars. The public parking lot is a 5-minute walk. No parking on Loring Street.
We want you to feel at home and have provided you with a BBQ and a Fire Pit. Please clean up after use.

We had an incredible stay at this property. The house was clean, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything we could possibly need. The location was perfect—close to downtown Saint Augustine but still a peaceful location. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful from booking to checkout. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great getaway!

Lovely house; easy access; super clean; all rooms set up perfectly; very high quality furniture/appliances/room decor/bedding/towels/etc.; all needs provided for; and, great location, especially walkable distance to City center attractions/shopping. How perfect, how simply perfect! The house, the decorations, the central location, the beautiful backyard, the super comfy beds, it was all simply perfect. Book this home, you will be amazed and very pleased. Perfect communication with hosts, attentive and considerate. Overall, probably the best VRBO property I have ever stayed at. We loved playing the games in the house and preparing our breakfast meals in the very well appointed kitchen.

It is within walking distance to George St, other shops near by other events, about 3 to 5 blocks. The home is well kept, very clean and very comfortable. The hosts, David and Wendy are super, ready to assist you asap. You will enjoy the quiet.

Wendy and Dave are wonderful hosts! Their home is beautiful and welcoming. We enjoyed looking at all the unique artwork and style throughout the home. They provided us with coffee kcups, towels and chairs for the beach, toiletries and laundry detergent. Perfect location to downtown St Augustine. Our family created memories to last a lifetime. We look to future visits!

Every detail is meticulously present in this whimsically decorated charmer. We were impressed from our first step in. Instructions are easy. Fabulous location. Within walking distance of City Gate, St. George Street, and Castillo de San Marcos. Kitchen is well equipped. Postcards are provided AND pre-stamped. Mind blown! Perfect for couples or small family gathering.

Absolutely. David and Wendy were perfect hosts. The home was our favorite VRBO that we have stayed at. The amenities and level of detail to the comfort of this home was incredible. If you are traveling to St Augustine, look no further I guarantee you will love it.

This is the most unique and creative VRBO place we have stayed in. Everything you could possibly need is supplied. The neighborhood is quiet, yet within walking distance of the historical district. The Guest House is a lovely place to spend some time in St. Augustine! The property was relaxing, spacious, beautifully decorated, and well equipped for our stay. The location is quiet, but easily walkable to the Visitors Center, Trolley, etc. The owners kept in contact throughout our initial reservation and stay.
