If you are looking for a comfortable way to accommodate more than two people, our 1st Floor Patio Suite with Murphy bed is the way to go. Even, better to enjoy the picturesque ocean view from the sofa or pull the Murphy bed cabinet down to reveal a comfortable queen size mattress. Truly wake up to the sunrise! Enjoy the comforts of a ceiling fan, large flat screen TV and small desk area in the living room. This lovely condo has a full kitchen with dishwasher, in unit icemaker and beautiful granite countertops. A comfortable queen bed is well dressed in the bedroom which also boasts, plenty of drawer space, a flat screen TV and ceiling fan. The bedroom closet has a sliding door which makes for a more peaceful presentation in the bedroom. The bathroom is beautifully decorated with beach chic decor, a continuous theme of comfort and class that will remind you to ask for this condo again and again. As of 8/1/2023, this condo is now Dog Friendly, a maximum of 2 small dogs per stay, $75 non-refundable fee per pet. Grass outside of patio is not a dog walk area.

Great quick getaway!

My husband and I just needed a night at the beach and this was perfect. Bed was very comfy and the coffee was hot in the morning. Add in some sunshine and the ocean and it was everything we could’ve asked for. Thank you!

Affordable fun with a great view

My husband and two littles had a wonderful time. The pictures are an accurate representation of the condo. If you’ve never stayed at Beachers before, these are efficiency condos so it’s a small space but we don’t spend a ton of time in the room so it’s never bothered us. The kitchen has everything you need and there is a DG right across the road. The only negative thing that happened this whole trip was we left our umbrella closed on the beach while we took our girls in for an afternoon nap. When we came back out, it was gone. The public access is right next to the condominium so it likely walked away. That’s not the condo’s fault though. We’ve just never had that happen before on the more private areas of the beach. Our girls loved the pool and the Murphy bed was comfortable. If you have littles, there is a tub in this unit so that was a big plus! I hope this helps someone! Thank y’all, again.

Too small !!!!!

Nothing was as they claimed. No room service the whole week. Room was very small. Appliances were very small. Too many restrictions. Not very happy at all. Will not stay here again and will not recommend !!!

This was a fantastic location with excellent ocean views and beach access. However, the property was old and our unit was so small that it was difficult to move around. The chairs around the pool were stained from all the bodies that have used them.

Property was very clean, quiet, nice staff, steps to boardwalk to beach., ice maker on property, very pet friendly and pictures online very accurate. The only downside is could use better pillows and better seating (couch low and old) l.

2wk Winter escape

The property was perfect for 2 senior citizens and 2 senior small dogs. Our only issue was the sofa was extremely uncomfortable. We had to stuff pillows under the cushions in order to stop the sinking. This helped some, but the sofa needs to be replaced. Maybe get rid of Murphy bed. I don't see how there is room to use it anyway. Replace with a quality hide -a- bed. I'd return, but not unless the sofa is replaced.

It was a nice place to stay. Conveniently located. Only complaint would be that there was no comfortable place to set as the only seating was a very dilapidated couch and the chair to the table. And hot water heater wouldn't stay hot enough for a hot bath. It is very tiny , much smaller than pictured.

February Month Stay

Love the location to beach. Check in was after 7 pm with a young man who was not very informative. As time went on the many women I spoke to in office were very informative and professional. Had a nice stay. Reserved for next year.

Clean stay, good location - smaller than photos indicate.

Great little rental! But was surprised at how small the facility is. The photos are deceiving. But it was also clean and the lobby staff was great! Easier for for a family versus friends!

Good property but needs some updating

The property was o.k., needs updating in the living area, sofa was old and not comfy...room was small, bathroom needs updated amenities and was not in St. Augustine, it was in Crescent Beach and I was looking to stay cin St. Augustine However,the property was a walk away from the beach and allowed our dog which was extremely convenient. We did enjoy going to St. Augustine and would visit again but near the downtown area

Bad review for

Dishwasher broken for a long time according to reviews ( fix it) Tub bottom was dirty, baseboards are dirty, hole in wall by fire extinguisher, patio door won't lock have to use a bar with no handle, ice maker does not work, needs painting in areas, entry door looks bad needs painting. Bed are comfortable and air worked well. View was as described but patio floor area needs to be resurfaced and painted. Outside of building looked good and grounds were well kept. 117 needs repair

1st time at Crescent Beach

I liked the condo as a whole, this specific room just needs some TLC. Dishwasher is not working, lightbulbs missing in every single light fixture, some outlets didn’t work. It was clean and good enough for myself, my husband and my son.
