Beacher's Oceanfront Balcony Suite with Onsite Front desk and staff

A popular Balcony Suite Plus on the 4th Floor, this condo is thoughtfully appointed. Enjoy the ocean view while you relax and enjoy a meal on your balcony table. A comfortable Queen sized sleeper sofa with a memory foam mattress is the perfect spot to catch the ocean breeze from the ceiling fan or the view of the 37" Flat Screen TV. Mirrored walls reflect extra ocean views throughout. The kitchen has extra counter space and provides a two burner stove top and convection microwave oven. The glass top table in the living room is great to have a family meal. The bathroom was remodeled with new tub, tiled walls, and vanity. The bedroom is colorful and warm with hardwood floors, a memory foam King mattress, ceiling fan and a 32" flat screen TV. This 4th floor condo is a favorite among many guests, especially because it will allow a pet. SMALL PETS ARE ALLOWED. TWO PETS MAX. $75 PER PET. NON-REFUNDABLE. Minimum age to rent is 21 years old

We have stayed at Beacher’s several times. This was by far the best room to date. The view was wonderful and though not any larger than the others it felt more spacious. The last night we noticed ants on the door to the owners closet o reported and I have no doubt it was handled

Nice view…

No doubt a great location and good for those traveling with pets. Cons: arrived at check in 30 minutes early and the room was still not ready at the guaranteed time they had said. The “pet relief area” is a tiny sandy piece of land next to the smokers area-If you have a larger dog you will need to walk them next to the road. Good place for a weekend trip- I wouldn’t stay longer.

Winter break

We love staying at Beachers Lodge. It is in a prime area and it is nice and quiet. The unit was very nice. The only problem we have with the units is a 4 cup coffee maker. We spend all morning making pots of coffee. Small complaint for a relaxing week. We will be back next year!

I don't know how to use a convection oven, so I was glad that I brought an air fryer. Very happy that the unit and beach are pet friendly.

Our condo was on the fourth floor overlooking the ocean. It was very clean. We were very impressed. Did the white glove test found nothing. We really enjoyed our time there. The pool was clean the maintenance people were friendly. Housekeeping was friendly however we didn’t use them on a daily basis, but they always asked when they saw us if we needed anything. We definitely will be back.

There was no rugs in the room at all so the floor was always sandy. The bathroom sink does not have a stopper and I lost an earring. The bathroom shower rod is all rusted and should be replaced. Some of the chairs were covered in plastic, so they were not comfortable. I would not choose to stay in this room again.But the staff was great and the property beautiful.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Although the bronze units are the lowest rated, this one was sadly lacking in basic amenities. Only three forks and spoons, a mini frying pan, and not one bowl. Also unit is supposed to accommodate four but yet there were only two dining chairs. Very, very basic cable TV.The staff here in incredible and could not be more accommodating. We had a leaking a/c unit which they replaced within an hour. We would come back to Beachers Lodge but not to this unit. This is our first bad experience after several stays here.

Wonderful Beach Getaway

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall our stay was wonderful! I really missed having a cabinet in the bathroom for toiletries though. The tub/shower enclosure was nice, but the water pressure in the shower was dismal and maintenance could not access the locked closet where the waterless tank was located. Kitchen was fully supplied and the refrigerator had plenty of room. The two AC units kept the temp perfect for the two of us, and can freeze you out! We were very pleased with staff, housekeeping and incredible oceanfront location.

Fridge went on the fritz, but maintenance handled it quickly. Very low water pressure in the shower. Stove heat was tricky - either just warm or burning hot. Wall corners, bottom of doors pretty beat up and dirty - need TLC.

Reviewer Comments: This was not our first selection, but our first selection had an odor and we asked for another condo and the front desk immediately assigned this one to us. They could not have been more professional in accommodating. I'm not sur why, but this condo appeared to be larger than the other condos that we have stayed at. The appliances are newer, counter space was ample, and everything you could think of was available. The bedroom was large with a king size bed with plenty of space around it. I liked the two doors to the bathroom, just made it feel so much larger. Everything was very clean with no signs of pets being allowed. The view was fantastic. Highly recommend!

No more cable TV here.. unacceptable!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Been here at least 10 times. We love the ocean views and always enjoyed relaxing and watching our favorite cable TV stations. But no more! The owners and Management decided to stop cable TV here. Bad move to save a few bucks. No other condos have done this. No mention of it when booking or checking in. They just hid this little fact. Complaining about it only falls on deaf ears. Watching cable TV is a major consideration when we book a vacation so I won't be back here. Greed has cost them all of my future business and maybe all those travelers who read this as well. No cable tv is the last straw for me!
