Beacher's Oceanfront Balcony Suite with Onsite Front desk and staff

This 4th floor balcony suite is a favorite among guests. Enjoy a beautiful ocean view while relaxing on the balcony in the sling back chairs or rocker. The queen sleeper sofa with a memory foam mattress in the living room is the perfect spot to enjoy the breeze of the ceiling fan, the ocean view or the 32" Flat Screen TV. A cute high top table in the kitchen provides the perfect spot to enjoy a meal. The full kitchen includes a full stove with oven and beautiful granite countertops. The bathroom was completely remodeled with clean tiles and walk in shower. The private bedroom has the King sized Beautyrest pillowtop and drawer space. There is a 26" Flat Screen TV accompanied by a ceiling fan only adding to the comfort of the bedroom. The horizontal blinds in the bedroom window allow light in without sacrificing privacy. Enjoy condo #411 and you just might find that this is the perfect beach spot for you. NO PETS ALLOWED Minimum age to rent is 21 years old

We loved it!

We loved our stay at Beacher’s Lodge! The location and views can’t be beat. The ocean beach was pristine and just a short walk across the wooden boardwalk. The balcony was directly overlooking the beautiful beach. The staff were very helpful, checking every day to see if we needed anything. The unit was small, as advertised, but perfect for us. Nicely decorated, clean, and well equipped. The only issue we had was the wi-fi wasn’t always working well, but no big deal. We will definitely come back again.

45th Anniversary

The property was clean and well maintained. The furnishing were nice and the kitchen was well stocked. The property is on the small size but plenty comfortable for my wife and myself. Having daily housekeeping was a plus. Our only issue was the hot water heater ran out of hot water pretty quickly.

Wonderful place! Great Ocean View. Cozy remodeled condo.

Older property, but well maintained and managed. Friendly, helpful staff. Fabulous Ocean view, enjoyed cooking meals and walks on the beach. Visited Fort Matanzas, St. Augustine Lighthouse and Old Town. Ate lunch at O’Steen’s.

March Stay (411)

The property was as advertised but it’s much smaller than pics indicate. It was clean. The bathroom has been updated. The bed was very comfortable. The kitchen area and living room space could use some updating. Not only the furniture, it’s not comfortable but the utensils & kitchen accessories provided could be improved. Very sparse pickings. Because of colder temps we spent more time in the condo than normal. I’d recommend this property but a different unit.

Winter Break

Very clean, quiet and relaxing. Biked 4 1/2 miles to Matanzas Inlet - always a favorite. Short drive to St Augustine beach pier Farmer's market - also a must. Pool deck area is small. Staff was excellent! Friendly, helpful and good natured - always with a smile. Great place!

Winter Getaway

We had a great time exploring the St Augustine area. There was plenty to see and do within a 10 mile drive of the condo. The view from our unit on the 4th floor was amazing, seeing a beautiful sunrise each morning. The beach was very nice for walking. The unit itself was small and in need of some updating but served us nicely for the week we were there.

A little piece of heaven

The room was great. It was clean and had what was needed. The ice machine are down due to covid, but the owners had ice trays so we didn't have to purchase ice. Just an example of the little things mean the most. We will stay here again.

paper and sponge left in toilet. Floor lamp had tons of dust went to turn on looking up dust fell on my face. Dust on blinds in bedroom. long black hair on shower wall, we have short hair. Blood on the hand towel in bathroom. very small ants running up wall in bathroom and on kitchen cupboards.And the biggest thing is the power went out at 10;50pm our first night a transformer across the road blew up so the whole building was without power and we all try calling office and emergency phone number was crossed out on phone and all the neighbors were saying the same thing that we were unable to get ahold of anyone because the office closed at 10pm. I called FPL and the sent 3 trucks out and replaced the transformer so the power came back on around 1;30am. last but not least there was no broom or dust pan. So it sounds like were negative but we're not. We had a ball, Love the spot the condo. The bed was comfortable. So with all that the people that do the cleaning have to have better supervision. We would stay again perfect spot.

Outstanding Ocean Views

This was a quick trip for our family and the ocean views did not disappoint! We were prepared for a tight space, so this didn't affect us like it could others, but we didn't realize the laundry was not in unit, nor was there a dishwasher. You also need to make sure you have your own beach gear, if you don't want to rent, etc. Check in was easy and Jill was so friendly and helpful. Staff was responsive in general to all needs, which is always a plus!

Cozy and Cute

This property was ideal for our short stay. The property is small, but cozy and comfortable. The location was great and the beach was just a few steps away! For our family of four, this was a great place to stay for a weekend; however, a longer stay for us would need a little more space.

Waste of my money

I spent almost $500 and checked in at 6 or 7pm and left next afternoon. No hot water or water pressure for a shower. I would like a refund and may contact my credit card to let them know.
